10 Days To Go, Jewelry Preview and More Metallic Progress!

Posted by Ken Nall (Creator)

Howdy again!

We're sitting around 10 days to go! The final countdown begins to some extent. :)

Thank you again to all the backers thus far. I can't say that enough. So! Off to what you really came for..

Jewelry Preview

So we spoke about what else to offer. The Catan board is still in the works, but I do have three pendants to look forward to!

On the left we have a tree rooted to and growing from a D20. Enough said, no? Their will be a detailed version that adds bark and leaf textures offered as well. :)

In the middle, a 3-leveled leaf pattern. The three leaves will be engraved to different levels and where you see white through the leaves will be cut out entirely. :D

Last but not least is a splatted fairy. Don't have one yet? Well, you better think on changing that. She comes facing your chest (they normally fly forwards, after all) and the wings will have supporting material to keep them from turning to splinters.

All three will be engraved from solid hardwoods and stand right around 2 1/2 inches (7cm) tall. For a better view of the art, check the image at full size here.

All three will be available at specific pledge levels:
$10 Ironwood Protector - Oak, Maple or Hickory
$15 Ironwood Pits & Nuts - Walnut, Cherry
$20 Ironwood Heart - Purpleheart or Yellowheart
$25 Ironwood Emblazoned - Tulipwood, Zebrawood or Ebony

Interested in adding one or more of these to a pledge level? Simply add the values above to your pledge and we'll collect your information in the survey at the end! Confused? Just send me a message and we'll sort everything out. :)

Metallic Progress

Thanks to friends afar, I've been turned to some delectable metallic products that have spectacular results...

Left to right: soft lighting, reflecting the sun and an angle showing the pores better. Care to look closer? Check it the shinies here.

What to Expect Tomorrow!

Hopefully coated pics of the various woods! I was having a rather serious sander malfunction that has been resolved by resorting to old tools that work wonderfully rather than new ones that seemed to have no clue what they were doing.

Thanks again for your time and support! You guys ROCK!
