Got a bankruptcy notice in the mail today. Like I said before, I figure I got $17 worth of value out of the project, so I don't want anything else.
Sorry things didn't work out, Phillip.
Just got my shipping notice today. Thanks a bunch Ship Naked!
Just received my shipping notice after three and a bit weeks, the delay due to it being convention season.
Finally got the two expansions ....
Just sent in my money as well. Guess we'll see what happens, I know this is a busy week in the board game world with GenCon going on.
It's been over a week since I paid the shipping for two Farmageddon expansions. I've heard nothing. Should I have received confirmation that they're posted? Is there a tracking number?
Received a reply yesterday, payment sent.
Seven weeks, still waiting. Still no courtesy of a reply.
Five weeks, still waiting...
It's been over a month since I emailed a shipping query, including weekly reminders.
If they had the courtesy to reply then I'd be able to receive my game.
It was delivered today.
I got a notice from Ship Naked with a tracking number for my expansions.
Wow. Just got a bankruptcy notice in the UK. Not sure why I'm surprised they've sent them to all the backers but I am.
Hi guys -- I'm the designer of Farmageddon. I don't run 5th Street, or have anything to do with 5th Street. I'm seeing several questions about this process and I tried to answer the 3 most common questions on my site so you can read it in one place. Hope this helps: http://hyperbolegames.com/2015/06/13/5th-street-bankruptcy-and-you/
Can i use the amount i paid for ghost love candy to cover shipping on smash, mob, and/or farmagedon shipping
2 months since the latest update and still no information.
The way the Locked and Loaded expansion's ETA timeline reads is like a farce.
In February 2012 we were told to expect it in the near future (Update #11)
In February 2013 we were told to expect it Summer 2013 (Comment on Update #40)
In March 2013 we were told to still expect it Summer 2013 (Update #41)
In November 2013 we were told to expect it Spring 2014 (Comment on Update #42)
In December 2014 we were told to expect it February 2015 (Update #54)
In March 2015 we told not to expect it at all but that it may be possible to pay the manufacturer to send us copies and we would be updated with further information
As of May 2015 no further updates
It's clear that this expansion has been ignored and forgotten about while money and effort has been spent on other 5th Street projects. I didn't invest in the 5th Street company (thank goodness) I backed the Farmageddon project and I would have hoped time and effort would have been used accordingly to deliver on what was promised.
Ultimately as a backer it wasn't the most expensive project and I received a decent amount out of what was promised. However, the expansion has relied on backers good will and patience and after 3 years of having the money in the bank to fail to deliver complaining of cash flow issues is insulting.
Thanks for the update, Brian

Here's the latest response from QPC:
"We have received the backer list. Nobody is or will be overlooked.
Unfortunately, we are only able to work with what 5th Street has provided, which we have had to pull from him like teeth.
Anybody that is OK with paying for shipping costs will be shipped what we have.
I delivered the Farmageddon and its expansions to Ship Naked last week.
I believe Ship Naked will now be in a position to begin shipping this week.
I will check on this for you and report back.
I know this is a terrible mess, particularly for us. 5th Street was a longtime client and used our trust in him to knowingly order more than he could pay for resulting in a loss of over $50,000.00 to us. It has been an extremely painful situation for us, but, we are doing our best to take care of you and the others.
Please let us know how we may assist you further.
Best part of all this is that I keep wondering if someday Phil will go for a job interview with a company and be interviewed by one us backers! I would pay (not Phil of course) to watch that unfold.
Since no one involved is going to make any money (except Phil, he made bank) just email all of the backers a PNP copy of L&L.
I'd rather have a PNP copy, go to Staples, pay them and have it to play. Likely that would happen faster than even trying to get an update out of Phil.
Its a shame... if it weren't for that last stretch goal, we would all be happy to have gotten our game.
I wouldn't call using Kickstarter funds to produce other games, fraud. I think it would be fraud if the intention was never to deliver the game, and I think intentions were good. I just think it was a poor business decision to not finish up one Kickstarter before starting the next. I got the feeling that L&L was considered a bonus, instead of part of the product we were promised.
In the end, I did get a fun game shipped to me for a good price. That's more than I can say about a couple of other kickstarters I backed.
We will have to wait for Phillip to get his act together and get us the contact information to have our products shipped to us.
I would say that the decent thing to do would have been to get all of this in place and then update us with what happened and who to contact to have our games shipped to us. But that would be the decent thing to do an unfortunately Phil is short on decency apparently.
I'm not really worried about getting the expansion. I paid $17, I got $17 in product.
My concern is that it's pretty obvious that Phillip has done what a number of other bankrupt KS project creators have done -- used subsequent projects to fund earlier projects in the hopes of keeping cash flow alive, while also using pledged funds for things outside the scope of the project. Just like Mike Nystul did when he siphoned off funds for his convention, or Center Stage Miniatures did when he siphoned off funds to get his business off the ground, it's a fraudulent use of funds. KS pledges are for production, nothing else. Not for office rentals, not for promotion, not for a phone to call potential distributors, not for burgers while waiting for the galleys from the printer -- for production. Anything else is fraud.
So... will Game Salute contact us? Are we contacting them? How do we actually do this?
Hi, Philip. Tell us how to pay for the shipping. I will double the amount. It is sad to see a company fall for unexpected fates.
Philip, I'm very sad to hear about what happened and I hope you pull through in the end. I'm still interested in Farmageddon (my family loves it) and I know that some of us would appreciate it if you could email us the PnP files for the expansion as you did with the Farmageddon base game.
Phillip, thank you for your honesty and explanation. I am sorry to hear about your situation. Please let us know how we can send the money for shipping for the Farmageddon expansion. I would still like that. I wish nothing but the best to you in the future. Stay strong.
An update of sorts would be greatly appreciated.
What's the latest on delivery please?
Shame there was a US company that could have produced these, then there wouldn't be customs issues with port workers :D
@Evil Bob: Waiting for Farma to clear customs.
"Early to mid February" has finally arrived! How are things looking as far as beginning the shipping process to get the expansion to backers?
Sarah: you should be able to login to Backerkit using your kickstarter e-mail and re-setup your account. Go here: https://farmageddon.backerkit.com/sign_in
Apparently i dreamed that i posted here. I need to change my shipping info - is it possible to get a resend on the survey?
@Everyone: I have an email out to QPC to see what the haps are on L&L's arrival.
@dr_canak: This is for the free expansion you folks unlocked. The pledge management software will take into account the amount you already backed, so if you don't need anything else, you can go straight to filling in your address, and then you're done.
Even if you haven't moved, please do fill out the survey so we can pull all the addresses from a single place and minimize the opportunity for mis-ships to happen.
I'm confused. I backed Farmageddon, and received my copy a good long while ago. Now, I just got an announcement that Farmageddon would be shipping, and to make sure everything is updated for shipping. Am I missing something? It had my correct pledge amount. Good game and all, but don't know that I need a second copy ;-).
Received an email from BackerKit that they're aware of the issue and that they're busting their butts to get it fixed. From what it sounds like, it should be ready to go Tuesday.
BackerKit will be up by tomorrow morning. The site is down for my stuffs right now, but I'll keep checking to see if it comes up tonight.
@Christian: No prob! We'll get you (and everyone else) taken care of soon.
@Everyone: The proofs came and are the right size! I have pics, but the compy isn't recognizing the SD card, for some reason. I'm hoping to have a proper photo update by Monday.
I need to update my shipping address. Please help.
@Stefan: We should be getting the next proof in a week or so! : D
How are those proofs doing Phil? We are a couple of months on and all quiet on the western front!
@Nick: That is correct. Should be here any time, now.
Are we still waiting on the physical proofs?
@Stefan: Still waitin' on the physical proof, Stefan.
Did those proofs turn up yet?
Just noticed Livestocked and Loaded is listed at some online retailers. Things must be happening soon!
@Brian: Expecting physical proofs within the next four weeks.
Hows printing coming along?
