Adam don't worry, we're not getting 1,000 pounds a day, the actual figure is a much healthier 4,500 pounds a day. The only thing we're likely to miss is some stretch goals.

i agree with Sensuki that it would be better to have more actual game content rather than so much "artists impresions" i think there is 1 outdoor picture that looks like game content but you have to scroll down a fair bit on the main page to see it.

even if its not possible for a decent game screenshot, it would still be preferable to have a ingame screenshot padded with mockup gfx just to make it look more complete.

its probably whats holding many people back, their probably waiting to actually see something concrete before donating, esp people not familiar with syndicate who have no idea what to expect.

ah, i just read in the FAQ what you said about paypal so pls ignore my comment about that :)

Some actual content would go a long way to getting some more funding IMO (engine video / screenies etc) if you have any.

      Good luck

sort of moot because what’s done is done, but: I think this would be going faster as a US kickstarter (USD, amazon payments) versus UK (GBP). I have never supported a UK project because there was no amazon payment possible. the only reason I backed this one was because it is so important to me. I bet you would be farther along the road if you had done a US kickstarter. so I implore you to at least get paypal up as fast as possible so that you can increase your reach.

second thing I wanted to mention (is that I never played syndicate wars so collapsing buildings is of no interest for me (and possibly other backers). I also find it unlikely that a 4 person mercenary team would be able and willing to collapse a multi-billion Dollar skyscraper with a mass of half a million tons. I you did that all hell would break lose and you’d have an army on your tail in no time.

exactly TheChosenOne. and i bet we'll get higher than 108%

what Azghouls said. and thx for the AMA!!

@ Adam P - it won't fail. Actually it's looking fine to hit around 400k. With most kickstarter projects, the funding goes into a berserker rage roughly around the last three days.

Only getting about 1,000 each day. If this fails ( no offense intended ) are you going to accept pre-orders or anything through your website? We all want this game.

Is that Zach Galifianakis there on the right side of the table hamming it up for the camera? Didn't know he was on board! Now I'm all in!

Thanks for the AMA guys. Great chance to ask a few questions and see what ideas are floating around.

Best of luck for the KS.
