Hello Lisa, Thank you for your feedback. We have listened to our customer suggestions from our first campaign and we are working towards making 2.0 a better and improved version. Our biggest improvement is the fit. The sizing will be aligned with US sizing this time. Thank you.
Worn once over a trip and have not worn it since. A generic sizing for all shapes and sizes won't do well even with a functional jacket. Mine was a bomber that was snug fitting when zipped up but sleeves "too long" even without the hand warmers - I would be considered petite in size yet large in some countries (I did use the sizing guide). The stiffness in the thick material made it unpleasant/bulky when sitting down or when trying to be comfortable on long-haul rides. Feels clunky when sleeves are pushed up as rolling/folding is not possible. Similar issue on the hood as everyone.
The best functional feature has to be the neck pillow which I've used on more than a few occasions - camping, flights, road trips. Personal opinion - disappointed and over-hyped campaign.

Hi Heidi...I remember your situation from 2016. The issue was not with your original jacket. The lost jacket was a return. We processed several returns for you and the one that you said was shipped back, we did not receive. The return tracking number was not provided for us to research either. I understand that you are upset. I wanted to clarify that we did fulfill your pledge.

Still pissed off that you guys “lost” my order and wouldn’t replace it. Your customer service sucked then and probably still sucks now. Can’t believe you’re running another program when you haven’t fulfilled your last one.
I see that the new 2.0 has an updated hood with a fix for the eye cover. Can we just get a new hood? My 1.0 Bomber is still in great shape and a daily wear for me here in the Seattle area, but the eye shield falling in my face all the time drives me nuts.
There’s a zipper to attach it on the Bomber - seems like a relatively easy swap. Maybe a backing option for just the hood? An option in BackerKit? I’d back that in a heartbeat, but given that the original jacket I have is still in great shape it’s hard to justify a whole new garment when all I need is a hood. Thanks!

Hi, just saw the BauBax 2.0 is up. I have the same issue with the Bomber like @thefunkygibbon, the eyecover flap just keeps coming down and blocks my sights. i have cut my to make my life easier. I personally feel the jackets should have included double zippers, as i find it uncomfortable when i sitting down. Hope my suggestion helps! Cheers
Ok, seeings as I can't comment on the new BauBax 2.0 project until I back it (which I'm not prepared to do just yet) I'll ask my question here.
Does the new jacket (bomber specifcially but i guess its relavent to them all) , have a way of fixing the eyecover thing to the top of the hood? One major issue with the BB1 jacket which has meant I use it very little is that the eyecover flap comes out ALL OF THE TIME, no matter how many times i try to shove it back up. It's dangerous when using it on a bike and just plain annoying when sitting or walking.
If it is the same, then its a no-buy from me.

Hello! For Eva and Sophie...We definitely appreciate all of our backers who helped fund our campaign. These jackets are from our crowdfunding campaigns that need to be moved so we can make room for new styles. Just like apparel elsewhere, old styles are discounted as new styles are added. Our original styles were created back in 2015, and 2018 is just around the corner. It's time for new colors, new features, and an overall fresh new look!

Hey Heidi Montalvo, I had the same problem with Baubax company. First exchange was quick and smooth. Next I returned blazer for exchange for bigger size and they claim never received it. I am in Canada and did not have the capacity to verify it. I suspect they do not encourage repeat exchanges and it is very easy for them to deny repeat exchange to international
customers and safe for them money too :). I lost $150 US with "missing" returned blazer including customs and shipping. Ina

I have had a jacket (windbreaker) for over a year now and agree with many other comments posted. I personally love the jacket but have to add that I have a decently slender build so a bit of tightness on certain spots (as many others have mentioned in regards to it being small on the sizing scale) doesn't bother me much.
It seems to keep the heat in, for better or worse, after being worn for an extended period. I also agree that the design was a bit odd and the eye mask flap seems to get in the way more than anything else, though I can see it's usefulness on longer flights. As for the design, I've noticed that I need to unzip it and shift the front of the jacket upwards (toward my chin) if I want to zip it up all the way and protect myself from rain/precip. The good news is it does a great job of keeping me protected from the elements once I adjust and zip it all the way off. The design is kind of odd but I like it; I have never had a jacket with a zipper that comes up that high. A welcomed change.

I also have the same issue with the sleeves being too tight and it gets real uncomfortable for long wear. The gloves make it even tighter. The gloves are good for warmth, but it adds to the tension in the sleeves and wrist area, so some improvements need to be made there.
@Bruce Gilliland: Hi Bruce! Thank you for your feedback. The sizing is small and this came to light after the jackets were manufactured. The comments came flooding in once they were in the hands of our backers. The jackets were then sent off to a third party to be remeasured and we understand that the fit is not standard. We updated our sizing charts when we received the new measurements for all of our styles: https://www.baubax.com/pages/sizing-charts.

I have not been here in several months, as I got my jackets about a year ago (only 5 months "late"). I see that Baubax is still in business and responding to customers.
But I am here to express my dismay with the product. One of the jackets I bought was a bomber for daughter, who normally wears size 4-6 garments. I ordered a medium, but it was too small. I was able to ultimately get it exchanged for a large bomber. However, it arrived too late last spring to be useful until this past winter.
Now, a year later, she has returned it to me. She says it is too small. Specifically, the sleeves are too tight. She is 5'8" and weighs about 135 lbs. But she exercises regularly, so her arms are not skinny.
This arm problem is actually quite common. My windbreaker's sleeves are tight even though I went up a size larger. For some reason, Baubax and their manufacturers did not understand that many people in the world, at least in the western hemisphere, do not have skinny arms. I have never bought a shirt or jacket that had sleeves as tight as the Baubax jackets. And my windbreaker's sleeves are tight even though I do have skinny arms.
Basically, only skinny millennials are the only ones who can wear these jackets. They are not designed for normal sized people.
And I say this having been a strong proponent for Baubax during the campaign.
