      @All: Did anyone fill out the Fitbit "proof of claim"-form I shared earlier? I did and I will bring it to the post office next week.

      I've escalated (For whatever that's worth) this within Fitbit and here is their weak response:

      "In regards to your inquiry about Pebble products, I would like to mention that Fitbit has acquired certain assets such as intellectual property and key personnel but did not take ownership of Pebble smart watches. Therefore, we will not be able to further assist you with your Pebble unfulfilled order/refund."

      First time funding in kickstarter already cheated. Pebble screw up. Fitbit not doing anything. Not supporting Fitbit anymore. Hope they bankrupt like pebble.

      Can't believe Pebble get all the money and close shop and run away.

      I tried to fill it out yesterday, but since I'm not a native speaker, this legal language is a challenge. I got this form from the FITBIT support and tried to send it to them, however they responded, that they are not entitled to review or process it and stated:

      I got that proof of claims form from Pebble support. They act like they've never heard of Pebble.

      They also sent me a link from 2014 detailing how to get a refund from Pebble if the order was within 30 days.

      That's sub-par on many levels.

      @Leow Yun Seong: Hi, thanks for participating to the questionnaire! Currently 51 people did fill it out (which is, compared to the amount of backers, not much), but it shows, that many people did not get any product or refund. I'm still trying to get more people to know about the questionnaire, so more backers will fill it out. I believe that that with a higher amount of people, Kickstarter/Pebble/Fitbit will need to listen to us. If more than 100 people would state, that they did not get any refund, it could make an impression on them (or the press... at least in Germany it might be that a well known paper called "c't" might pick it up... more press means more attention and yada yada yada, Kickstarter/Pebble/Fitbit has to provided a statement). Again this is all wishful thinking, but it's worth a try, right?

      So again, thanks for participating, I will share the latest numbers in the next few days (you can find the first piecharts at twitter here: https://twitter.com/ConLuegering/status/841039591712911361).

      So, at the end, there is no refund to us. Our good intention to support the company and trusted Kickstarter, but exchanged with a fraud return. Kickstarter irresponsibility showed me how their work. Those rules and policy made, but not to fulfill.

      It looks like KICKSTARTER has CHALLENGED my claim!!!!

      UP YOURS KS! My bank rejected it of course and now THEY have to prove whether their claims stand. If they do, its off to the courts

      What I DONT get is who rejected my claim??? Was it Pebble which doesnt exist anymore or was it Kickstarter that apparently wants us to believe they have no part in the transaction???

      Im smelling a lot of lies from pebble and KS.

      And btw, where are you fanboys? Not so supportive anymore, are you?

      Hi all,
      I did not receive the notification that they've updated the refund date to be December 2016 and so therefore had waited till March 2017 as initially promised. I had backed for 2 Pebble Time and did not receive any refund for it. Is anyone else in the same boat? I'm now trying to raise a credit card dispute but I'm afraid I've gone way past the acceptable dispute date. Please pebble, can you please get in contact with me as this is completely unfair.

      It is more than 90 days as the transaction was done in Aug 2016 and I requested for charge back in Jan 2017.

      have sent umpteen messages and enquiries to both pebble and kickstarter to no avail... the last reply I got was that my product was enroute to a local post office but not one in my country.. I have asked pebble to follow up and assist me on this but a reply never came.. it's damn frustrating for things to come to such an extend.. just give us all a refund already so we can all move on.. my order was actually meant to be a Xmas present for my wife which, is by now, 5 damn months late.. get your act together and fix things asap..

      Checked my UPS tracking number, and it's status is now returned to sender. When contacting UPS, they were unable to help or track the package. It is official, I like many of you guys are the victim of bad marketing and extremely bad business running. I have left with no hope for a refund. The thing that anger me the most is that the product was manufactured but by some mistake on either or both sides, we do not get a product.

      Formerly happy Pebble 2 owner here. Now utterly disappointed. My P2 is now stuck in a recovery loop and I have been unable to get it to function properly. No more customer support means I now have an expensive paperweight. Awesome!

      People, don't waste your time and go to your bank to start the dispute. As I am informed, some banks will try to tell you, that's too late for chargeback and you can't start the dispute and get your money back.       $189 ($179+10) pledge here: Waited long enough and tried communicating with both Pebble Technology and Kickstarter - going to do a chargeback. Was promised a refund by Pebble Technology all the way back in November after I asked for one and nothing came of it. Never bought a Fitbit product before and probably never will.

      As a quick followup to the below - I'm not upset with Kickstarter, they don'r have the pledge anymore, and I'm glad I'm not the one getting all the emails about this. I'm also not even upset with Pebble - I figured this was more of a sure-thing given how well the original Pebble kickstarter turned out (I'm still wearing my original kickstarter edition) but I didn't lose my job in this either. I'm a bit annoyed with Fitbit though - I think if they made it clearer what they were purchasing (and with regard to the obligation to refund backers, what they were not) I'd have been able to let this go by now, but the partial refunds and lack of communication with individual backers has been disappointing.

      I've also gotten no communication (or refund) to this point for the $249 I pledged for the Pebble Core and Pebble Time 2.

      I got a little excited when I got the FitBit newsletter with the coupon and the note that "Eligible backers will automatically be refunded their pledges for any unfulfilled Pebble rewards" but that does not seem to be... "correct" and I remain out of luck;.
