      A guy from Germany (https://www.twitter.com/ConLuegering ) also supported Pebble and did not receive a pebble nor any refund. He has written a document with the basic details about this campaign, potential solutions on how to get your refund and has set up a questionnaire for all backers for statistics, he regularly posts on his twitter channel.

      He cannot post this information to the Kickstarter comments section anymore, since he is no longer a backer and received his refund (If you are not a backer, you cannot post comments here).

      Sad to say, I have written off this. I am not expecting any refunds or product. I understand Kickstarter is only a monitoring party and have limited say in how the creators use the money from us.

      However, I could have wished that Kickstarter would do a check of the creator esp when the amount funded was over USD10m. As for Pebble, let just hope that the creators does not do this again and 'con' the public.

      I was not expecting this from Pebble. I too have not received neither the watch nor the refund. And what efforts i did in contacting them were all in vain. Please can someone guide me in the right direction.

      @koonohr I've been thinking the same checking in reading comments and can't believe people still waiting for refunds I was a lucky one to have received my pebble 2 and it's been working great since I got it.

      I received Pebble 2 in November 2016, and got a refund for canceled 2 items, Time 2 + All-New Pebble Core in January 2017.
      Pebble Team took $45 for shipping of Pebble 2 even though Pebble Team said $45 would be the shipping fee for 3 items.
      I can't believe that there are people who haven't received their rewards and refunds.
      Pebble Team is definitely unfaithful.
      People who were deceived should leave as many comments as possible here.

      My pledge was total $382,
      $337 was for 3 items, which are Pebble 2, Time 2 + All-New Pebble Core.
      Shipping fee was $45 for these 3 items.
      I received only Pebble 2 and $45 was charged as the shipping fee for only one item.
      Pebble team should refund $30.
      Pebble team is not right.

      I just received a reply for my support ticket from Kickstarter Support:

      "While we're disheartened that they have not yet updated backers on the status of their project, we're unable to force them to do so — it's the creator's responsibility to communicate and complete the project as promised."

      Isn't it the most tragic ending of old Kickstarter Hipster - International dine-and-dash!

      So... Is that "Proof of Claim" also eligible for non-US citizen?

      This my First time and last time for this Products pebble & Fitbit ......founding in cheating . Pebble screw up. Fitbit not doing anything about this issue . Not supporting Fitbit anymore. Hope they bankrupt like pebble. I won't recommend and not support Fitbit product or pebble product to all my singaporean ..... feel been cheated by pebble Fitbit company

      Okay all, I too haven't received the refund after backing 2x Pebble Time 2, this is what i've done so far:

      1. Lodged a chargeback with the bank and provided as much evidence I can. At this point, i'm unsure if I am even eligible for a chargeback since I've heard there's a cut off date.

      2. Contacted Fitbit again and again and again, they finally replied as such:
      Hi Jena,

      Thanks for confirming the information shown at the support page we provided.

      At this time, we may provide you with a link that will take you directly how to file a claim against Pebble so that you may receive further assistance on your refund. Please visit http://www.proofofclaims.com/PebbleTech/documents/ and download and print the documents provided here.

      Please be sure to follow the instructions from the PebbleTech-POC_Instructions.pdf to ensure that you have properly filled out the necessary fields in the
      PebbleTech-Proof_of_Claim.pdf. Once you have filled out the form, please proceed to sending the documents to the address below:

      Gary here with Kickstarter Support - thanks for writing in. Beyond the original $119 refunded to your Visa ending in 2395 on 8/1/16, all eligible refunds have been processed, as outlined in the Pebble team's latest update.

      Since you wrote, we have reached out several times to the Pebble team to share backer feedback and encourage them to respond to the concerns raised by you and your fellow backers regarding their refund policy. It sounds like they are planning to address backer concerns, so we hope they will send a public update soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding in the meantime.

      I've escalated (For whatever that's worth) this within Fitbit and here is their weak response:

      "In regards to your inquiry about Pebble products, I would like to mention that Fitbit has acquired certain assets such as intellectual property and key personnel but did not take ownership of Pebble smart watches. Therefore, we will not be able to further assist you with your Pebble unfulfilled order/refund."

      I tried to fill it out yesterday, but since I'm not a native speaker, this legal language is a challenge. I got this form from the FITBIT support and tried to send it to them, however they responded, that they are not entitled to review or process it and stated:

      I got that proof of claims form from Pebble support. They act like they've never heard of Pebble.

      They also sent me a link from 2014 detailing how to get a refund from Pebble if the order was within 30 days.

      That's sub-par on many levels.

      @Leow Yun Seong: Hi, thanks for participating to the questionnaire! Currently 51 people did fill it out (which is, compared to the amount of backers, not much), but it shows, that many people did not get any product or refund. I'm still trying to get more people to know about the questionnaire, so more backers will fill it out. I believe that that with a higher amount of people, Kickstarter/Pebble/Fitbit will need to listen to us. If more than 100 people would state, that they did not get any refund, it could make an impression on them (or the press... at least in Germany it might be that a well known paper called "c't" might pick it up... more press means more attention and yada yada yada, Kickstarter/Pebble/Fitbit has to provided a statement). Again this is all wishful thinking, but it's worth a try, right?

      I just got word from my bank

      It looks like KICKSTARTER has CHALLENGED my claim!!!!

      UP YOURS KS! My bank rejected it of course and now THEY have to prove whether their claims stand. If they do, its off to the courts

      What I DONT get is who rejected my claim??? Was it Pebble which doesnt exist anymore or was it Kickstarter that apparently wants us to believe they have no part in the transaction???

      Im smelling a lot of lies from pebble and KS.

      And btw, where are you fanboys? Not so supportive anymore, are you?

      Hi all,
      I did not receive the notification that they've updated the refund date to be December 2016 and so therefore had waited till March 2017 as initially promised. I had backed for 2 Pebble Time and did not receive any refund for it. Is anyone else in the same boat? I'm now trying to raise a credit card dispute but I'm afraid I've gone way past the acceptable dispute date. Please pebble, can you please get in contact with me as this is completely unfair.
