Where's My Checkout Email?
Here is an update on checkout -
First, please don’t delay - We need you to checkout by November 7th or you may lose your place in line.
Checkout emails have been sent to all backers.
If you don’t have an email with checkout instructions, it could be because:
- Your payment failed.
- It’s in junk / spam.
If you still don’t have a checkout email from us, please reach out to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your payment failed, today is the last day to correct it. Log on to Kickstarter and click the “Fix payment” button in the banner at the top of your screen.
