The HotPi is very simple, I wanted to make sure that with just the PCB people could get the parts quite quickly wherever they may be. Here's a list;
3 pin latching connector 2.54mm pin distance.
R1 - 100R
R2 - 10K
R3 - 47R
R4, R5, R6, R7 - 220R
Vertical CR2032 battery holder.
DS1307 RTC & Optional chip holder
RGB common cathode LED
1uF tantalum polarised capacitor
TIP122 - NPN transistor
3.5mm pcb mounting stereo jack connector
3.5mm mono jack
940nm IR LED
PA2222 NPN transistor
TSOP 1838 IR Receiver - now, this part can be replaced with some a different part if desired, there's a list of potentially working receivers here; http://aron.ws/projects/lirc_rpi/ I recommend the 1838 as it's been the most responsive one I've tested weirdly salvaged from a television.
