We've been making full-sized 16mm metal dice for several years, but gamers are always asking us for the ever rare MINI metal dice. Well, they're here!!
10mm Mini Metal dice will be available in 4 great color options:
Antique Copper
Antique Gold
Antique Silver
Torched Rainbow
You can see that there is not paint on the mini Torched Rainbow numbers. These are too small to mass produce painted numbers, but you can ink them yourself pretty easily using fine point sharpies, paint, or other dice inking methods.
Options
We are making these mini metal dice in 7-die polyhedral sets, but we are also offering sets of d6's and d20's. If you would like individual d4's, d8's, d10's, d10 percentiles, or d12's, we did also add a reward for a mix of 6 dice with any of these shapes/colors that you choose.
Why we need Kickstarter?
There is a reason for the lack of mini metal dice in the market: they are very difficult to manufacture. We will be using the project funds to help pay for the mold and additional tooling required to manufacture mini metal dice. These dice also cost the same to produce as our full-sized 16mm sets (even with their smaller size), so we are taking very low margins on these in order to bring them to market.
About the dice
Our metal dice are made from solid zinc, then plated in brushed copper, brushed gold, or brushed silver. The Torched Rainbow dice are produced using a heat treatment process.
Our full-sized 16mm metal dice have received exceptional reviews regarding durability and quality. Our metal dice are some of the most durable dice we make!
Combining rewards
If you would like to pledge for multiple rewards, please simply pledge for the most expensive reward you would like, then add the extra reward amounts to your pledge (with no added shipping!). If you decide to do this, please message us right away so we can make note of your rewards.

The more funds we raise, the more funds we will have to reinvest into new colors of mini metal dice. With your help of sharing to your friends, family, and social media, we're confident that we can offer even more new mini metal dice colors! With every stretch goal we hit (shown below), we will send out a survey to make 1 more color option:

Risks and challenges
Timing- As I'm sure you all do as well, we hate delays. Our Kickstarter projects have a proven track record of being completely fulfilled by our promised deadline. As we have gained experience making dice, we are confident we will be able to fulfill all rewards in a timely manner. If there would happen to be any unexpected delays, we will post updates to make sure all backers are aware!
Uncertain Demand- The most difficult part of planning for manufacturing is the uncertainty of demand. We generally have relatively accurate estimates that allow us to reserve some materials in advance, but we have allotted some extra time in case there are some fluctuations in demand.
Manufacturing- Manufacturing is always a risk, but we have made metal dice for several years. Further, our customer service team will respond quickly to any quality issues that you may have. We have received great feedback from our backers in our previous Kickstarters!
Shipping- We are generally able to ship all of the dice out within a few days of them being made. With our experienced packing team, there shouldn't be any issues with shipments. If USPS loses your package, we'll replace it. If dice are damaged during shipment, we will replace the damaged dice.
