I have actually given that some serious thought, Joe.

Will the series ever be a comic?

    4. Ronnie David Edward Page on April 11, 2014

Still waiting for the first one to hit the big screen. You should have the movie offer by now. I mean, if they can make all these horrible films and make money....we should get one movie with a story to enjoy.

Continuing to work on it between other things. Hoping to get a stretch of open time pretty soon.

      Any updates on this project?

Understood, thanks for the response. It will get there, just keep chipping away at it.

      Ronnie (and everyone):

It's coming pretty well, but I must admit I made a mistake in estimating my workload, and there's been a LOT of starting and stopping on the project as I juggle deadlines. But I think you'll be pleased in the end. I'm grateful for everyone's patience and am going to try to think of some small way to reward everyone for hanging in there ... beyond finishing the book obviously!

    9. Ronnie David Edward Page on October 23, 2013

Hey, how's it coming? Any updates for all of us anxious fans? Inquiring minds want to know. Looking forward to the continued story.

It's coming. Too many starts and stops while I juggle other projects, but it's coming and I think people will be keen on the final product.

re: INK MAGE. The novel will start out as a serial delivered in 10,000 word chunks. After that it will be collected into both a full eBook and also a trade paperback.

      Hey Victor,

      How's things coming on GoGoDeux?

I've got another question, but it's probably better suited for your blog. Ink Mage sounds awesome and I can't wait to read it. Will the serial be available for purchase in formats other than Amazon Kindle? If I have to wait for an epub of the full novel, no big deal.

I'm always grateful for good reviews. Bad reviews? Well, I just figure people are entitled to their opinions.

Always multiple ideas for comics and novels in the pipe!

      Hey Victor,

A couple of questions to keep us amused until later in 2013.

Does it amuse you to read reviews about your books on Amazon? Or elsewhere for that matter? I was just looking at the Go Go Girls reviews and had to tape my eyes down to stop the eyerolling at some of them.

Also, do you have any books in the pipe for after Go Go 2? Anyway, hope you're having a blast.

Awesome! I guess I'd better get my ass in gear and write faster!

My girlfriend is stationed in Germany, I bought her a copy of the first book for her Kindle and now she is hooked. Now she wants the sequel as well, lol. I'll have to get her Vampire a go-go to hold her for a few days. The army grows.

I just stumbled upon is kickstarter and I am incredibly happy I did. The absolutely loved and devoured the first book. Original stories in a post-apoc world are getting fewer and further between and this truly is one.

    17. Victor Gischler Creator on July 8, 2012

That's the #1 question I've been getting, Craig. Working on it and talking to some people but it really needs not to be associated with this kickstarter campaign. I do not want to promise anythign I can't deliver.

    18. Craig Zablo on July 8, 2012

Any chance for a paper version if a certain level is reached?

    19. Victor Gischler Creator on July 6, 2012

I thought about that ... but then we might have a scenario in which you bid but then we don't make the goal. I don't want anyone to get ripped off.

I am so excited we're getting a sequel! Thanks for putting this together! Question, if we do get the stretch goal, and get a third book, does that mean that more character slots will be open? I would definitely give you more money out of my wallet for a character to be named after me, those sold out so fast!

    21. Scott Harbison on June 29, 2012

Damn, that didn't take long at all. Now get to scribbling!

    22. Scott Harbison on June 27, 2012

Man, you're making this look easy! I'm excited to know we're going to get our sequel!!

    23. Victor Gischler Creator on June 27, 2012

Welcome aboard, Ronnie. As a "veteran" you are responsible for badgering at least 10 other people into pledging.

      (Not really.)

    24. Ronnie David Edward Page on June 27, 2012

I got excited when my friend/co-worker Ian Eichenlaub told me about this project. He is the one that got me hooked with the first book. I have been waiting for the sequel since then. I also loved VAMPIRE A GO-GO. Looking forward to this, thanks. Damn you Ian for snatching the MALE HERO, at least I have a VETERAN slot.

    25. Victor Gischler Creator on June 27, 2012

Would love to have an offer from the publisher, Cruciform, but I don't really have any idea what sort of traction they'd need to see. I'm just glad there is a way to make this happen and get books directly to the readers.

      Cruciform on June 27, 2012

Fantastic news! Not only is Gischler an awesome author, but Go-Go is my favorite book by him. It's an interesting idea to use Kickstarter to create a sequel to a book that maybe didn't sell so well. I wonder if other authors might get in on this action? If the publisher sees traction from this Kickstarter, do you think they might publish the book after all?
