Have a question?
Anybody else get their water bottle holder, but not the instructions?
Still no accessories....
When are we going to get our accessories (if we were on the higher donor levels??).
Is there a status on the bottle holder?
Just got my bike!! Definitely worth the wait. Tried my first class. What a great bike. Even the installers were impressed. Thanks Peloton.
Hi, I have yet to received my bike or any notification. I have sent a number of email to your support email adders but without any reply. It has been almost a month since I pay the shipping. Can you please advisor what's going on. I'm getting nervous with no reply from Peloton.
I'm in Indianapolis. How do I update my contact information? What's our estimated time of arrival?

2) Yes! We have lots of plans to continue to stream a variety of ride content to your Peloton bike. We plan to launch a series of scenic rides very soon. So stay tuned for an update coming to your bike :)
If you have any questions or feedback, feel free to reach out to us via email: support at pelotoncycle.com
Received the bike on Friday and love it! I do have some questions though...
1) Is there an online Peloton user community or forum?
2) Are there any plans on offering video playback from famous trails/roads/scenic places? While I enjoy the classes, it would be fun to 'ride' around some exotic location.
Mine came today. Took my first ride and realized how out of shape I'm in! Great bike!
I got mine today and did a class. It worked great!
Any update on shipping to Hawaii? Still haven't heard from anyone.
Just wanted to let everyone know that I absolutely love my bike, and the piece that was cracked was a super easy fix! It's so wonderful to be able to take a spinning class at anytime you want to do it!! Great bike!!
Thanks for following up and for the info, Tom. Looks like it should be coming sometime this week. :)
Matthew, we've had a few issues with UPS Freight (who is the backbone of our shipping system). They have been slow to get Peloton bikes to a number of locations around the country. We rely on UPS Freight trucking to get Peloton bikes delivered safely to partner distribution centers around the country where our local logistics teams pickup and manage the final, in-home delivery and setup to you. We have been working around the clock with the UPS Freight Urgent Services division to help clarify the term "Urgent" and find ways to smooth out this process.
I have confirmation from UPS Freight that your bike is now ready for pickup by Peloton's uniformed delivery service from our Austin distribution center. I will be in touch with you on the side to followup with more detail.
To all: we want nothing more than to get Peloton bikes in your homes. And it's been wonderful to talk to all the folks around the country that do have bikes and are loving the experience. We share your frustration with this process and thank you for hanging with us through this process. And, while our logistics management has left some of you frustrated, we know that the Peloton bike and experience will blow you away.
Tom Cortese, COO
I got a call on Friday to ask when I'm available for delivery. Today when I spoke to the delivery company they said that their people weren't able to pickup my bike from UPS and that they don't even know where the bike is. They weren't able to give me any sort of timeframe or tracking number so what started as a delivery today or tomorrow is now indefinite and who knows when the bike will come.
Totally worth the wait! Got mine today and took my first class. Best thing ever!
Call me a liar... Got a call from Peloton, while not a confirmation of delivery it was just good to know what is happening. Hoping for better news in the coming days.
Sorry to hear that Glenn! I was envious to hear folks much further away than I had received their calls and delivery was happening. I hope no one else experiences that. I'm still waiting for a call and I'm guessing no one from Peloton is brave enough to call me directly despite asking many times. Shipping is typically far more deterministic and trackable from my experience. Not sure what company they have used, can anyone comment on the name of the company?
This disaster of a delivery process continues. I thought i was going to get my bike today. The delivery guy showed up here in Austin, TX with a bike....that is NOT a Peloton. He called back the local UPS freight place (guess this is where it came in to), and they can't find my bike. Go figure..crummy since I took off from work to deal with this.
Seems the roads and phone lines to North Carolina are still blocked. Maybe the trucks took the northern route via California before they head to the Southeast.
A least someone at Peloton said my bike had been picked up last Monday. Just confused that the 8 hour trip to NC is taking over 100 hours. Still no call. What an strange delivery process, I've never experienced something so oddly not customer friendly.
Anyway, counting the days till I hear something just not sure if that will be 1, 2,5, or 20 days more.
I must confess that I wasn't sure it would actually happen -- but I got a call an hour ago and happened to be working from home today, so the guys are outside right now (California) assembling it before they bring it in. Yay!
Got a call today (California) Wooo hooooo! Bike is being delivered on Monday morning! Can't wait!!
In Ohio and got my call today. Should be delivered early next week!
Sounds like bikes are making its way to the West Coast. Finally! I haven't received a call yet (in CA) but hopefully today I will! Customer service has been really great and I really can't wait to get riding.
I just got my call. I'm in the Austin, TX area. My bike will be delivered on Monday!
I'm in Northern VA (DC metro) and got called today. Also, I had written to Peloton about the water bottle situation and just got a response. They'll be sending out an e-mail next week with the details, but the gist is that they made a last minute change to the design of the holder and all backers will receive it once they're finished.
Anyone outside of the NYC area get a call yet? Only two days left in January..and still no call here.
Sara, glad you are a fan. And glad we got to chat on the phone. The small plastic part that came cracked is being replaced and is entirely cosmetic.
I absolutely love my bike and being able to take classes at any time is very beneficial.
I also was wondering about where to place my water bottle... Makes it very hard to drink during class.
Also, I hate typing in my username each time as well. Also, would love to be able to delete rides that I actually did not do. Is there an area to discuss software??
My bike did come with a crack, and I sent them photos. It doesn't effect the bike so far, but I'm worried it might become a problem later. I'm still waiting to hear back from them.
Email from Peloton today said kickstarter backers delivery would be in January. Only a few more days...
Anyone in California get a call to schedule delivery??
@Scott There's a cage in the pictures on Kickstarter, but not in pictures on the pelotoncycle.com site. I wonder if they plan on selling it later, maybe with their bottle. Regardless, pretty major oversight not to include some sort of holder with the bike.
Got the bike, quality is great, the touch and feel is very nice. Like the seat, super quiet and great resistance feel.
But where do I put the water bottle? And is there place to make suggestions for the software. Need a remember me for the login or list users? It a pain to type my long username and long password each time.
Wow, someone received a bike. There is hope after all. I'm in North Carolina. I'm guessing I'll get mine in the summer after the long winter and snow has cleared the mountain passes for the horse drawn carriage delivery service.
I think the telegraph poles are down somewhere in Virginia which explains why I haven't received my telegraph.
Honestly, the shipping excuses are pretty bad.
But still finding the smallest of encouragement knowing that at least one person received their bike. I presume he/she is in NYC.
I'm so glad to hear that you love your bike! I'm still waiting for a call about my delivery for tomorrow (living in NY).
How far are you from NY? I'm in Ohio and haven't heard anything yet.
Just got my bike delivered today! Delivery guys were great! 10mins after they left I logged in and took my first class... It's everything you could hope for!!! Looks good and rides great! Worth the wait!!
I got a call from someone this past Saturday, and he told me that he would be delivering my bike this Friday, but would call again with a time. I haven't gotten a call back from him yet, but I'll let everyone know once I get my bike.
I contact Peloton via the support email and was told that I would receive a call be the end of the day. That was yesterday (1/20/14) - still waiting :( Seems like a pretty crap shipping company for $250.
I sent them an email on the 14th asking for an update and haven't received a response.
@Jason - I was told on the 15th that my bike had cleared customs and that I would receive a call by Friday or the end of the week. Definitely did not receive a call.
Has anyone contacted customer support to see if the bikes have actually left the warehouse yet? I wonder if there's been another delay.
I guess the shipping company is very slow. Got no call either. And I am in NY
No call for me yet either. I did find out through support that the shoes will come in during mid-February.
Still waiting too...
I bought some Shimano Pedals with SPD clips. Was surprised by the Look clips, not sure if there is a benefit over SPDs but certainly different from every other Spin Bike I've used. The good news is that I have shoes I really like, the bad was they are relatively new and SPD so I'll keep the shoes and swap the pedals.
No idea if Peloton will ever ship the Shoes they had originally hinted at but given they won't be ready for day 1, I had to make a decision.
In the meantime, I'm hoping the calls come in this week. The original revised date was to ship the week of Jan 6th and at this rate I'm just hoping for arrival before Feb.
Has anyone gotten a call yet?
They've been saying it was Look since the beginning. The good news is that the bike comes with the cleats, so hopefully you have shoes that are compatible. Worst case, you can replace the pedals, but that's extra $$.
Got the latest email...still no call. Also -- Look pedals? That's like the one kind of cleat I don't own. I assumed we'd either get SPDs like every other spinning bike I've ever used, or if we were lucky be given an option to choose.
I'm still waiting too, but I think they said it will take 10 days before we will get a call.
