I still have not received my item, it's been over 7 months from when I should have received it. I am backer 70.
Refund needed. One of the charging cradle kindled, one of the watch did not connect with mobile. Other watch do not charge, so piece of shit for lot of money.

Mine stopped connecting to Bluetooth today. Tried rebooting watch and phone.
I can try reinstalling app, but (a) would lose all data, and (b) others have not had success.
I am not in favor of China’s social credit system, and would hope the team does the right thing based on ethics and good business sense. Still disappointed in the IP67 non-waterproofing. Kickstarter campaign shows waterproofing on diving photos, splashes of water, key features.
Please hold them accountable on any future ventures.
I am not able to connect to bluetooth anymore.
I have tried with my iphone, my ipad or even my Android phone. First 2 months, all are normal. I have tried to contact customer support for more than a month but no response.
Customer service quality is such poor, product quality is questioning now ..
I am thoroughly disappointed with my watch. The display stopped working for no reason. I don't see any thing on the screen.. Neither it being charging or even footsteps. It's unfortunate but my money is wasted. I was one of the early backers and now this is what I see of my investment. The app on phone tracks footsteps with the watch on my wrist but the display doesn't light up. Absolutely nothing is seen... FitOn team, this is disappointing :/
This is a scam. They screwed up the waterproofing and probably walked away with 75% profit because the watches are such lower quality than advertised. They completely walked away from this and never looked back. They released 1 firmware update about 2 weeks after starting to ship them, and since then they have not even responded to anyone. Its a lost cause, and you need to stop with the gathering together and filing a law suit. You're never going to do it, and probably never going to win. Because you invested your money in something and they werent able to do it properly.
Take it from experience, that not everything goes as planned. Yes it sucks, alot, but thats what investing your money is like. Its a risk. I've backed a few projects on here and on indiegogo, and they turned out pretty damn good. Some even better than advertised. But others take advantage of tech addicted millennials, and end up serving you hotdogs when you ordered a steak.
PS. If you watch breaks, throw it out. Because no one is going to help you. You'll end up spending 2x as much as you paid for it to fix it. Not worth it.

My watch face glass is broken and can't be fix it, any other alternative to fix it please? or through it in bin for now.
I'd love to write a Windows app for this watch. I can look at many of the Bluetooth properties (yay!) but it's not very clear, for example, for service f0020001 there's a Clk Data and Clk Conf value; the Clk Conf can be set. But what are the correct values? I haven't had any luck so far with just entering in values.
And what's the deal with the "target" value, and why is it set to ASCII wrkte char?

@Marc you will have a better response with the charge back if you use their live text chat support. When I used it they issued the credit back the same day that I filed the complaint and be sure to provide the customer service person you are talking to with a link to the update where they basically told us that they were sorry for not being able to deliver what they promised.
That update about the watch not being water proof is a major reason why my charge back was successful and so far it has not been reversed.

Most lousy item in Kickstarter. Empty promises. BOOO!!!
I just received a response from American Express that they have refunded the money but the note also stipulates that they can re-bill my account in the future if they receive a response from Kickstarter and reopen the case and find in favor of the merchant.
With that said I am pretty sure that I am on sold legal ground and I do not expect that they will re-bill me the $99 given that there have been numerous issues reported both in the comments section of this project and in the their own official update section of the project.
The most important of which is that they advertised that the product would be water proof and then later admitted in the February update that the company they hired to produce the FitOn watch made a sub par product that is not water proof and as such it is practically useless.

I Just filed a dispute request with American Express against FitOn and I recommend that anyone else in my situation who still has not received their watch do the same. I am tried of waiting for FitOn to fix this issue.
Please note that even if you did receive your watch, you might still be able to file a dispute with your credit card by referencing the update posted back in February regarding the fact that the watches are not IP68 waterproof as was advertised. It is their written acknowledgement of this false advertising that should give you the legal grounds to dispute the charge with your credit card even though its been several months since the transaction happened in November of 2017.
This is a perfect example of why I will always use my American Express card when purchasing anything on a crowdfunding site.

Is there an online user manual that's clearer than the one that comes with the watch?
Last year there was a class action law against the Onagofly drone which was crowdfunded. It is basically similar to FitOn where the features where not as described, and many people didn't get the product. Based on the chatter here and on indigogo, I'm wondering whether something legal can gain traction?
Just adding again my voice to all those who are disappointed with something that not only doesn't work as promised, but doesn't work at all. Kickstarter has been no support at all. You don't respond to emails. It's a total scam. Everyone deserves their money back for this embarrassing parody of a fitness tracker.
Dear Creator - now I got the next issue: After a few weeks of wear water showed inside the watch, below the display-glass. That's to say: I worked out with the watch, slept with the watch and went to work - no showering, no swimming with the product. And the water makes the already poor reading in sunlinght nearly impossible. So that makes the watch quite useless. I request a refund or a improved and waterproof product! Please contact asap!
Hey all, my watch has stopped working and I have tried contacting through Kickstarted, Facebook and their email but no response from anything. I spoke with Kickstarted and they said they are unable to do anything.

Now I got an E-mail which says you send 2 Docking stations and 2 watch straps. Are you f***ing kidding me???? I was really patient with your campaign, but i sent the comment above 2 times and I would say my English is at least understandable! Even if you use the god damn google translator it should be possible to send the correct parts!!!
What should I know do with 3 of 4 docking stations and 6 straps for 1 of 2 watches? should i attach all straps and then were the only watch i received around my belly???
I supported some campaigns now and you are by far the worst of all. Because you are the only one who didn't deliver at all. I have no problem with delays, but your support and communication strategy sucks so hard! Get your shiot together and refund the people.
I demand a full refund for this campaign. I will thankfully send you all your parts back. They are even unused, because it is not possible to use it like advertised!!
