Versatility is an attribute that you want to find in every one of your tools, but it is a paramount, when you are looking for a knife.Too often,we settle for second-rate knives,. knives that wear away too quickly, knives that never get the job done to begin with, knives that fall short of fashionable. The Spanish City Toledo has been known for centuries for its steel, swords and artisans & is known as Spanish city of blades.
We have combined the craftsmen skills of Toledo's blacksmith with the German famous city of blades Solingen to create " Hiroto " An Ideal Kitchen Partner. Hiroto is high-carbon stainless-steel chef’s knife, which is made by hammering a red-hot billet of steel into a shaped die and falls to a reputation for durability and balance.
Toledo steel was famed for its very high quality alloy, whereas Damascene steel, a competitor from the Middle Ages on, was famed for a specific metal-working technique. Centuries of tradition, technology, design and craft along with the selection to use Damascus Steel VG10 resulted to a knife, that feels good in your hand and has a sharp edge.
Sharper, balanced & lighter Knife.
Toledo's art of sharpening the swords combined with high grade Japanese steel VG-10 makes this knife Ultra sharp as compared to other knives. Each blade is later sharped using German technology of sharpening ( using Dünnschliff method ) technique, that is why we say its Ultra Sharp from tip to tail.

Risks and challenges
Biggest challenge that i see are the delays with a minute 10% chance as !!!!!
- This is a mature project, the crucial risks are already a past tense.
- The R & D is done.
- The prototypes have been produced.
Creditable manufacturers are in harness and ready to begin. All of the knives video & photos you see in this Kickstarter were produced by our partner. However, unseen natural causes or factors which can delay may happen but in such case the delay would be only of couple of weeks rather than months as the Prototypes have be produced and tested. We know how important transparency is and we commit to always keeping you in the loop about the status of our campaign..Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
