The first journal for yoga that combines yoga philosophy with modern psychology, to provide you with the ultimate guide for your yoga journey. 

We believe that a yoga practice is a powerful tool to navigate your internal and external world since you’re here we think you may, too.

That changes today... We’ve crafted The Yogis Journal, a companion to help guide you through your practice and keep you grounded and balanced on your journey through life.

At the beginning of each week, space is offered to set focus and goals for the upcoming week and plan out areas you want to explore. 

There is also a weekly challenge based on the Yamas and Niyamas to help you explore these concepts, as well as yoga postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation techniques to try in your practice.

Daily pages help to provide the simple but powerful daily structure you need to support a positive mindset for the day.

Have you ever had that day, when everything doesn’t go according to plan? 

You are rushed, and everything feels chaotic, you get into bed at night and your stomach is in a giant knot, you stare at the ceiling blankly wishing you could sleep?

We’ve created the daily pages with this in mind: starting your morning with positivity and focus, and ending the day back in that positive place.

At the end of each week, the journal offers additional time for reflection on your practices, including observing the ups and the downs, and finding room for growth.

And a non-dated calendar at the end of the journal to help organize your life.

My yoga journey began in a rather uninspiring place: a basement. I had heard yoga was good for you, so I bought a Power Yoga DVD and began exploring what the practice was all about. I was used to doing fast-paced workouts and found that yoga had a better effect on my body even though it was slower paced. It turned my concept of health upside down, in a good way.

A physical yoga practice became a solid part of my workout regimen. It also made me curious. It made me want to explore more about everything yoga- the philosophy, different styles, and exploring the effect it had on the body and mind. And as I started my own journey, yoga came with me and acted as a helpful tool. During this time, life was fluctuating and uncertain. Yoga always helped me to stay grounded, focused and observant. And as I changed, my tools changed, too. I explored various styles and techniques, ranging from the heated rooms of Bikram yoga to the powerful breath of Kundalini. I eventually trained to become a yoga teacher, but I firmly believe that you never stop learning, and teachers come into your life every day.

My training in psychology and anthropology lead to me to reflect on what it means to be human. I wouldn’t say I have the answer, but yoga is the one tool I have found that helps explore the roots of what it means. It is powerful, and it is available to everyone. I hope to share yoga and to learn from others, as a teacher and a student.

I began exploring yoga in 2013 purely for the physical benefits to help with my journey as an athlete. But after jumping on a plane from Australia to Canada, I started attending community classes more regularly as well as my personal practice, and have fallen deeper and deeper in love with Yoga, with life, and with everyone around me.

Since that day in the hospital, I’ve made a commitment to learning and exploring the small wonders of life. I’ve seen hate, and I’ve seen love and would much rather encourage more love to be shared in the world.

I have made it my mission to inspire and encourage people around me to love themselves and others. To take time to appreciate the small things while they work towards their desires, and to smile a little. Yes, you don’t forget to smile.

Helping children learn and grow is one of my passions. My goal is to be able to provide more opportunities for education and safe spaces to live in.

Another thing that I hold close to my heart is creating opportunities for those in the deaf community. My mum is deaf, so sign language (AUSLAN) grew as a part of our household. The people I have met through her are absolutely incredible. 

I first started yoga as part of my fitness routine, not thinking really anything about it.

Throughout university, the drama at home slowly crept up on me and I struggled mentally to stay grounded and I lost my way with my routine, my exercise, my overall balance in life and a bit mentally. Constantly in a stressed out loop that felt like it would never end.

Yoga helped bring balance back into my life. It helped me start getting back to physical health. Exercising and eating properly. Secondly, it helped me mentally, so immensely. Reminding me and returning me to my calm self. To be mindful and to organize my thoughts. Also to break out of a negativity cycle and bring more positivity into my life.

I am an energetic, exuberant and highly creative design professional. My passion is for visually capturing ideas through innovative designs and visual works.

Raised on a farm in rural Western Australia, I moved to Perth to study a Bachelor of Arts (Graphic Design and Advertising) at Curtin University. These days I travel between the two regions, working with clients in both. I draw from both the country and the city for inspiration. Observing life and activity in the outdoors, particularly nature, is where I find is the most unique ideas form.

The idea for the yogis journal starter in November of 2017, and to see it come to life is nothing but incredible! As a team, we have overcome so many challenges, and are one step away from getting this into the hands of so many amazing people!

Our biggest challenges are ensuring the best quality journal arrives at your door, while providing the least amount of harm to the planet. 


We have received samples from three manufacturers and have everything lined up to begin manufacturing once we fund our campaign.

We are strategically partnering with warehouses worldwide to get the journals to you at the lowest price and as fast as possible!

We understand how difficult it can be to put your trust in someone without the product been ready, but we can ensure you that we'll do everything in our power to make this happen.
