About this project
The famous and SUPERGREEN Seahorse Adventurecraft will soon be in full production. Soon, YOU AND YOUR FAMILY can have a serious adventure on a Seahorse of your very own! We have the preliminary tooling or plug already made and now we need the molds to make the hulls. These new amazing high speed hulls were designed in Solidworks and have several very special proprietary things about them. They are also extremely beautiful because we do not use any gel coat. Instead, we use a UV inhibitor with special dyes (red, yellow blue, green, purple, violet, etc) so that the hulls can be made in translucent colors yet resistant to the suns harmful UV rays.
The hulls can quite literally be made to look like two stained glass windows of any design!!!
Also, Carbon fiber is available and soon, bamboo!!!
To be able to meet the demand, multiple molds will be used to aid manufacturing proficiency.
These new hulls will also feature the new "Love Lock" instant attachment/detachment that allows easy car top transport and set up (or may still be trailerd if desired). The hulls instantly detach from the trampoline frame so you can put them on a roof rack in three pieces (two hulls and the trampoline frame).
We are located in the Tampa Bay area in the center of a boat building territory. There are many skilled workers and fabricators that can be employed here in the US to help us deliver an awesome product that will make some owners very happy with many priceless memories and adventures to come!
Risks and challenges
Everything in Seahorse has been proven and designed to be manufactured efficiently and cost effectively by a famous aerospace level Design Engineer and Inventor. One challenge we face initially would be spreading the word and generating world wide recognition and demand. The next greatest challenge would be scaling up the production rapidly to meet the consumer demands.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
