Hi all! We wanted to let you know about our latest project, The Last Parsec. This is our first science fiction setting since Slipstream, and our first ever non-space opera scifi project, so we're very excited about it. :)

Here's a brief Design Diary on The Last Parsec's genesis...it might be of particular interest to those of you who were fans of TSR's Star Frontiers back in the original heyday of RPGs. You can also learn more about the setting, playable races, technology, and more in this completely free Primer.

If you like what you see, please consider backing and as importantly, help us spread the word!

Thanks all! --Shane and the crew

Deadlands Noir & the ENnies--thanks to YOU!!!

Hi all!

Pinnacle is proud to be up for several ENnie awards and we'd greatly appreciate it if you'd participate--whether you vote for our products or those of our friends at other companies in the industry.

Click here to vote--and please tell your friends and gaming circle as well. :)

And note that Weird Wars Rome--thanks to YOU--has already won the 2014 Judge's Spotlight Award!

We're especially proud of Deadlands Noir and John Goff and Cheyenne Wright's work on it, and would love for you to consider it for Product of the Year and Best Cartography for the amazing New Orleans and Hexaco maps.

A vote for Pinnacle as Publisher of the Year wouldn't make us cry either. ;)

But most importantly, please take a look at all the fantastic games our friends throughout the gaming industry have created and show them support with your votes. Thanks!

ENnie Noms!

My apologies in advance if you've backed Deadlands Noir, Rome, and East Texas University, since you could be seeing this three times! But we have good news. Several of Pinnacle’s products have been nominated for a 2014 ENnie award.

And, even cooler, we've already won the Judge’s Spotlight Award for Weird Wars: Rome!

We are truly honored by the nominations and win, and when voting opens (July 20th—July 30th) we hope you’ll vote for them.

Thank you again for backing our Kickstarters—we feel these are as much your victories as ours!

If you want a reminder for when you can vote, please sign up for our weekly newsletter. We won’t be sending a reminder through the Kickstarter system—and you might like to get a weekly digest of all things Savage.

Now…drumroll, please! Here they are:

  • Best Art Interior: Deadlands Noir
  • Best Cartography: Deadlands Noir Map (New Orleans & Hexaco)
  • Best Free Product: Super Powers Companion Villain Supplement
  • Best Miniatures Product: Weird Wars Rome (Enemies of Rome Figure Flats)
  • Best Setting: Deadlands Noir
  • Best Supplement: Deadlands Noir Companion
  • Product of the Year: Deadlands Noir
  • 2014 Judges’ Spotlight Winner (Kurt Wiegel): Weird Wars Rome
