Our goal is to produce beautifully crafted, strong, functional and customizable CubeSat structures while beating our competitors in every aspect of design and price.
Pictured above is our Gamma 3U frame manufactured for Queen's University in Kingston, Canada. It has been tested and approved by the Canadian Space Agency at the David Florida Laboratory in Ottawa, Canada where they have tested many satellites including Canada's the RADARSAT series which come in at ~ 2 Billion dollars a piece.
Pictured above is the CubeSat held in the P-POD for Vibration testing. The wires coming out are accelerometers used for taking frequency information of the frame and sub-components of the CubeSat. The P-POD is rotated to take measurements in the X,Y and Z-Axis.
We can provide all test data acquired during testing as further proof of approval from the David Florida Laboratory.

We have gone through many stages of design and testing to reach our first production model "Gamma" named for its 3U size.
It is composed of 2 main frame sections with 6 inner ribs pictured above. These can be made from 7075-T6 or 6061-T6 aluminum depending on your preference.
We will work with you to design custom mounting brackets for sub-components, solar panels or any payload that you wish to include. What ever your project needs, we can help!
The complete structure is then sent off to be hard anodized (type III) to prevent cold wending during launch in the deployment P-POD. Anodizing also adds longitivtiy to the structure while in the extreme space environment.

Risks and challenges
There are of course many risks involved with building satellites. We have put in countless hours to ensure that our product meets all the requirements set forth by California Polytechnic State University, the CSA as well as NASA. Our structures meet all measurement tolerances, safety factors and material requirements to ensure that you will receive a superior product that you can trust and depend on.
