If you live in or around Nottingham you may have heard of our supper clubs. After testing the water to see if the people of Nottingham liked our concept we concluded you lot loved it! Those who weren't lucky enough to get tickets can stick some money in the pot here and get some of our tasty food in return.
By now you may of heard that we will be taking on the old Alley Cafe site and after a lick of paint and some renovation we will be opening it as Kushi-Ya Japanese grill.
If you have stumbled across this page by accident and haven't heard of us before, here is a little about what we do. We specialise in kushiyaki (skewered and grilled food) which we cook on a Japanese style BBQ also known as a yakitori grill.
The food is served as small plates meaning you can order and try lots of items, the menu would consist of snacks which will be a selection of small items which you can nibble on while you think of what else you to order.
There will be small plates and skewers sections with such things as steamed enoki mushrooms with egg yolk sauce and nori seaweed, beef skewers with black garlic mustard and mackerel skewers with wasabi and grated daikon. These will be followed by desserts including our legendary 'Tiramiso'.
Please note we will not be doing tasting menus as some of our supper clubs were. Food will be priced individually.
