Almost there! I was so expecting that you would hit 4 times your goal... not quite but close! OH, and so my profile name is my legal name so I request you use my middle name in the song, "Eileen"... and no cheating by borrowing from Dexys Midnight Runners... ;-)

      Marie... potpourri, gymboree, chicken curry.....

So glad to have finally met you and to be on board as a backer. I would have pledged the $500 but nothing rhymes with "Marie" ;)

Close to the finish now, Ernie! Does 'work' start for you tomorrow, then, or the following week? :)

Keep the faith Les! I think the success of this project or any, depends on the strength of the fanbase. I've been fortunate enough to have been connecting with mine for over 10 years now. I think the key is that every single fan and supporter is important. Every single one has the potential to spread your music to many more people. Keep doing what you do, and connecting with your audience. Thanks for the kind words! E

Exactly Kenneth. Right now the songs are streaming only, because Kickstarter won't let me upload the files to download. When the project funding is complete, and I know who all the backers are I'll be emailing the mp3's. Most likely the way I'll do it is to email the dropbox links to the mp3s to download, and also upload the tracks to a private Backers Only SoundCloud account. That way you can have the mp3 file, but also be able to stream it instantly from SoundCloud as well as leave comments and interact with other backers. : ]

For the backer only songs in mp3, will those be emailed when the pledge window is closed?

So glad this has done well for you Ernie and can't wait for the next 52 weeks of songs.

I know it's not a contest, but do you realize you've raised more than Bryan White? Talk about putting the work in.

I had to place the pledge that put you to $21,000 for my daughter Virginia who turns 21 in December :-).

$52 gets 52 songs. 1 per week for 52 weeks.
