Middle Rod

1 Person gefällt das

Hey Everyone,

I hope everyone is enjoying their Jambourine! If you haven't received yours, it's either on the way, or you still need to fill out your survey I sent.

We've had a couple of reports of the rod in the middle snapping from the sound hole being too small. We are looking into this now. I'm verry sorry this is an issue for some people, but we will do everything we can to help and get this taken care of. We may have to change the material of the rod and possibily create a smaller version.

Please install The Jambourine slowly and carefully. In the meantime, let me know if you have any problems, and I will do my best to help.

Goal Reached!

We did it, everyone! Our goal has been hit. Thank you so much for all the support. It would have taken a lot longer to get The Jambourine off the ground if it weren't for this campaign, and each and every one of you made it happen.

I will send out "surveys" (as Kickstarter calls them) soon to get everyone's addresses, so be sure to keep an eye on your email. We will be shipping next week so stay tuned -- you'll be jamming in no time.

International Shipping

Hi Everyone,

Things are going awesome so far! I just wanted to apologize for the expensive shipping for countries outside the U.S.

We realize this is an issue, but shipping overseas is very expensive and we would lose money if we were to lower it, which would obviously set us back. We didn't want to take away the option for international shipping, so this was the only other option.

In the future, when The Jambourine is released through the Marlowe website and we get off the ground, we will find a way to bring these costs down.
