About this project
In following 2 seasons of the soccer kids with special needs, 10 families were followed and interviewed. Practices and games were filmed. 70 hours of footage was shot.
Now, assistance is needed in raising the completion funds to complete the post production which will include the editing, sound mixing and music editing.
The minimum needed is the request but as in all movie making the more over the minimum will be put to great use in attracting and offsetting the cost of a larger celebrity to narrate the film, in acquiring the rights to better music, and additional graphics packages which will increase the production value of the movie.
Your assistance is appreciated and will help get the message out that no matter what the difficulty or diabilities faced in life, love, sport, and family can make miracles occur.
Most touching to me as the filmmaker was the fact that every family was asked if they could change one thing in their life, what would it be? Not one said that they would change anything about their kid's disability. The disabilities covered in the film range from blindness to cerebral palsy, to autism to down syndrome (where the mother knew she was going to have a child affected and she still decided to have the baby - and he is a great goalie who can dance).
This movie is so touching and the world needs to see it. The cinematography is so good that I will have it consider for Oscar nomination and you can help make that happen.
