Hey I received my cases at the end of december. Thankyou very much I'm very impressed with the quality of the cases and look forward to getting hold of one of the molle clip attachments once they're released.

      Thankyou from a satisfied backer.

Steve, I went to the support page on the Snow Lizard website and after I hit submit it gave me the response: "Error.. Missing recipient, subject, email, or redirect.". (just so you know it's malfunctioning)
More importantly is why I was there in the first place; the battery button on the case no longer responds and the phone will not charge when in the case because of this. I would like to return the case for either a new one or to have this one refurbished. How do I go about doing this?
      Many thanks,
      -Douglas Fraser

The latch for my case snapped off while closing it empty (no phone inside). How do I go about getting a replacement latch? I urgently need one.
I see a few other people have also listed this as an issue.
Will you be offering spare parts on your site for when stuff like this happens?

I like the video promo, it looks like some of my own adventures. If I am fortunate enough to go sea kayaking in Alaska this year, you can bet one or more of my SLX cases will go for some more real world testing. There are pros and cons to the design and function of this case, as I have found in my daily use of it. I will email you directly about my own findings in time. It's been a busy time at work. Be safe.

Hey Steve, the latch on my case snapped off while I was trying to close it. Also, the case I got for my wife has a less than stellar performance record in enabling the charge function. It is a fight to get it to charge the phone.

    11. Creator Scott McQueen on January 14, 2013

I sold my cases, as the battery and solar functions were lacking and the buttons very difficult to use. Also the edge of the screen was difficult to access.

Made a profit, so there's that I suppose.

I wrote a response to the latest note but am not sure you will receive it. I have a tragedy for this great case: the plastic eye that goes over the hook on the case top to secure the iphone inside sheared off. Any way to replace that part, which seems to be held on by a pin like a watchband pin?

    13. Creator Damon Cozens on January 14, 2013

Sure would like to receive my case- it's been almost a year...
