As long as it makes it here before my next field training exercise I'll be ecstatic. Never had a phone battery survive the entire thing without basically turning it off and not touching it... Which negates bringing it

Can you show us a cad model of a sample unit that has a logo in the place where it will go for the ones of us who will get those? I'm kind of curious where it will be, and what it will look like.

Folks, it might be a little late for this now as your project advances but I just had the following idea: why not including a separate mini usb port to connect other external devices to the solar cell for recharging? Like the iPad, for instance, or any other phone. If the iPhone will have to recognize the solar panel as a valid charger any iPad should be recognizing it as well. But I understand that your tools now are being produced and no further modification will be possible.
Alternatively you could produce an extended version of the Aqua Tek later, which includes such an adapter? And maybe making the included battery also available as an external battery for the iPad? Or..well... creating an Aqua Tek case for the iPad. Believe it or not but I know women who love to edit their photos in the bath tub. For them, the Aqua Tek will be a real blessing ;o).
      Best wishes
