Apologies for any confusion Alexander, just to make it clear...
This project has reached its initial $40, 000 goal on Kickstarter. This money is secure and will be used to fund the animation production.
We are now aiming to raise another $40,000 to fund lighting, compositing and post production - please see our home page on Kickstarter for any further clarification.
We have set up our twitter account to connect with Facebook. For this reason we always try to keep updates under 140 characters but sometimes this is not possible. We also update as anything really exciting to Kickstarter, so you aren't missing out on much at all!

So there's a possibility the film won't be finished despite the backer money being withdrawn? Maybe setting the Kickstarter goal to 80k would have been a good idea then...

Also, I wish you wouldn't post mostly Facebook links to Twitter. I'd love to follow the progress of the project, but I won't use Facebook.

Also, thank you for reminding us, we have just been waiting to confirm a few things in relation to the DVD's and Blu-rays - and yes we will be able to offer multi-language subtitles and the DVD/Blu-rays will be region-free.

Thank you Thu31 for raising this, yes, there was an editorial mistake in the article. The project has been funded now on Kickstarter and we don't stand to loose any of the money we have so far raised. We do have the final goal of 80k which is to fund lighting, compositing and post production - which aren't at all optional - so hopefully the article will expose us to more potential backers who might help us reach this goal. If we don’t reach it on Kickstarter, we will still finish the film, it will just take us longer as we will have to find alternative ways of funding it.

Also, I once sent you a message asking about multi-language subtitles for the BD edition, but I never got a response.

There is a mistake in the article, is there not? The goal original was 40k, and the project will be funded, 80k is an optional goal for lighting and post-processing, right?
