I'll give another vote for Spiral Galaxy as one to look into. They're the best delivery company I've received games from, and there have been a few...

A big problem with GQ is that they always over-promise (both when taking the contract initially and when predicting how long delivery will take). It'd be better if they just said 'we're busy so it'll be 3 weeks before we can delivery' rather than always saying 'next week' like GQ do. I've had a delay with a game from Spiral Galaxy (only a couple of weeks) but they've been open and communicated well.

GamesQuest are useless! There is another in the UK called Spiral Galaxy who are linked to an online retailer called Gameslore. I've had over a hundred titles from them and NEVER had any issues at all. Just another name for you to look at.

Another +1 for Aetherworks for Australia, I've always been really happy with them.

Thanks for the transparency! Great update, excited about that 5th player addition :)

For Europe please use Philibert as Hub. They put the best protection material inside the boxes and did a great job for Mythic Battles Pantheon.

Definitely Aetherworks for Australian shipping. Excellent all round.

I'm happy to know that you will not be using gamequest anymore! I hope that other producers will do the same thing.

+1 for Aetherworks, they are an amazing company and I’ve never had any issues with anything they have fulfilled. Definitely worth a look at for any AU/NZ deliveries

I live in New Zealand and Aetherworks have a great reputation for handling Aus and NZ Kickstarter fulfilment. They are currently shipping out the 7th Continent. I'm not affiliated at all to the company, just thought I'd share

So happy to hear you won’t use gamequest. I was a rise to nobility backer, although I fared better than most. Some other kickstarters were a shambles, they sat on vampire hunters for 2 months!!

I think you’re being a bit hard on GQ. They had Rising Sun and 2 other CMON deliveries to take care of as well as others no doubt. If all Kickstarters are manufactured on time then scheduling is easy enough, but with many KS these days missing their production timescales it makes it a nightmare for these shipping companies to schedule in. GQ have certainly been better than Ship Naked, they are the worst.

Not to mention the fact we had snow in UK which pretty much ground the country to a halt for a whole week which I’m sure has had an impact on a fair few projects.

Have you looked at Spiral Galaxy (http://www.spiralgalaxygames.co.uk/)? I've only heard good things about them.

If not this time around, then maybe in the future if the UK needs a separate fulfilment option to the rest of Europe post-Brexit.

As for GQ - I think they just took on too much, but were also a bit unlucky with timing (Rising Sun reached them earlier than intended).

Glad you aren't going with GQ in Europe, they have recently messed up Sub Terra (ITB)..

So happy we get Marian and we better get Friar Tuck. It's not a true Robin Hood game without him around.

Really excited for this one to get shipped too. Can't wait.
