I'd love to see more with Uplifted animals who choose to sleeve into human morphs
A package system for NPC creation could be nice.
Instead of the complex one that the core book has for character creation, this could be a way to create NPCs using two or three packs tops. One for core career, one for personality and flavor, one or more for other talents and abilities. With more than one block for each so we can choose how powerful we want that character on a case-by-case basis.
Also, it would be nice to have a writeup for a flexbot gestalt NPC. Asking for a friend.
Similarly, I'd be interested to see an NPC writeup for the kind of customer service AI-in-a-pod that must be all over the place - ignored by almost everyone until hacked and jammed by terrorists or TITANs.
I would like to see an oddity that describes a single day in the life of one of the clanking masses, and a single day in the life of the people who aren't clanking masses but aren't hyperelites. Middle class?
Mars would probably be easiest.
I love that artwork.
Bring back that Jovian soldier with 53 Moxie.
More about APOLLO and the nigh precognitive abilities of the Medeans.
For NPCs, I'd definitely prefer specific characters over generic builds and alien/exhuman/exsurgent beasties.
>What do you want to see in NPC File Volume 2?
Better structure for stat blocks. I don't want to have to reference other books and stuff in order to understand what's on the NPC in front of me. I'd like for most of the rules I need to be right there.
>What did you like the most about NPC File Volume 1?
The broad list of usable stats, along with variants. Gives me a lot to work with in regards to statting up random characters my players run into.
>What can we do in NPC File Volume 2 to make your games easier to run?
NPC cards to go with it would be a HUGE boon. Especially if you can also make fillable NPC personality cards to go with it (one card for the character, so you can remember how to run them, the other for stats)
Oh, and rules reference cards. Perhaps with async sleights and gear stats listed.
Jacob: Yes, but not right away.
That is cool. Are you going to make an announcement about where authors can submit?
That is a neat idea, and another vote for Meathab.
