Prize-winning comedy drag queen Georgia Tasda has a new show for Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2018, but she needs your help to make it happen!
Georgia Tasda Means Business will be her masterclass at how to succeed in today's cut-throat capitalist economy. Smashing through the glass ceiling and the fourth wall, Georgia is an entrepreneurial force to be reckoned with. Join her as she reveals the one neat trick she used to build her business empire.
Georgia Tasda is a prize-winning comedy drag performer. In 2016 she was crowned winner of London's "Not Another Drag Competition", and in 2017 she brought her solo stand-up show "Afternoon T" to Edinburgh Fringe and joined the roster at award-winning queer cabaret "Pollyanna".
After the success of last year's show, Georgia Tasda Means Business has already been booked for the headline slot at CC Blooms as part of PBH's Free Fringe 2018. However, Georgia now needs cold hard cash to make the show happen!
If this fund is successful, the £400 raised will cover the show's Edinburgh Fringe registration fee of £295, plus props and costumes. Any extra will go toward marketing the show. All backers will be acknowledged in the show.
Drag is my passion and making people laugh makes me feel alive. Edinburgh Fringe is the perfect place to peddle my nonsense wares. Please back my show, and you will make me one very happy drag queen!
Chosen by you,
Georgia Tasda xoxo
Risks and challenges
A big risk is that the jokes will be too clever for people. If this happens then I'll repeat them and explain them to the audience to make sure they understand why the jokes are funny.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
