Update: While the campaign was running, we were continuously working on improving the SCUBAJET. Today, we are so excited to announce that some really amazing changes are planned for the serial production start. The most important one is that we were able to reduce the production costs in general by the help of establishing new contacts to the industry.
Moreover, since the campaign has started we have also got so many questions regarding the dive adapter and when it's gonna be available. So we recognized that this is something so many of you guys really want. We are very proud to confirm that we can offer the dive adapter right from the start of our relaunched campaign!
Due to this and the fact that we want to pass on this savings and the final price to the end customers, we have decided to cancel the current campaign and RELAUNCH IT SOON again. Find out more about it in our latest update.
Water sports are a great way to exercise, but in life, it’s all about choices. SCUBAJET accepts the challenge and brings some of the most popular aquatic activities to the next level. The water sports gear allows to make decisions based on individual needs or habits by combining motor power and paddling.
Stand up paddling (SUP) is one of the fastest-growing water sports nowadays. Within a few seconds and requiring no tools SCUBAJET turns every stock board into a powerful e-SUP-board.
On top of that, SCUBAJET can be used for other water sports, like canoeing, diving and even for dinghies. Comparable to an e-bike, it turns your aquatic equipment into fast, comfortable and reliable devices.
One of the big advantages is the innovative adapter system that provides various possibilities to use SCUBAJET on any imaginable water sports equipment. No technical skills are needed at any point. The plug&play system and the water resistant remote control make it easy to start, stop and select different speeds while using it on the water.
Take your existing board or equipment and extend it with SCUBAJET easily. Select the appropiate adpater and you are ready to go in a few seconds. We provide adapters for SUP, kanu, dinghi boats and dive. Many of the adapters use standardized finplugs for maximum convenience. By now we support and provide adapters for more than 20 different manufactures and many of them use standardized finplugs. So it's easy for us to provide compatible adapters.
We are intensively testing the dive adapter to fix the SCUBAJET on your dive equipment. The adapter will be available soon!
Until now we support the following manufactures. We continuously extend the list. If you can't find the right adapter, please inform us about the desired manufacturer and we'll get in touch to put it on our adapter request list before starting the serial production.
Our electric motor allows you to go further to find your perfect spot to enjoy. You are able to stay on the water longer and tackle bigger trips with your water buddies. SCUBAJET brings you back to the shore safely and is made for active people and sports enthusiasts as well as families.
SCUBAJET offers various engine mappings for scuba diving (slow speed and long battery lifetime), power mode (short high speed sprints), SUP (paddling support or surfing without paddle) or freehand.
We have tested and implemented a bunch of great features like the SmartPower Technology. It guarantees long battery life up to 1.5 hours.
Measuring only 80 cm (~31 in.) width, 25cm (~10 in.) in length and weighing just 2.4kg (~5,3 lbs.), SCUBAJET is easy to transport and fits in every backpack.
You can control the SCUBAJET easily with the included remote control. Three buttons control all the functions, for increasing/decreasing speed, as well as to spot the engine. The auto-shut off system stops the engine immediately if you fall into the water and it will also be used for initial power on SCUBAJET over magnetic switch. SCUBAJET is also safe for kids as well since we use jet-power instead of regular propeller motors.
During the entire development process, SCUBAJET was used by a lot of different people to get their opinion and as much feedback as possible.
We've started to create a jet-engine for different applications two years ago. Our goal is a full scale market launch this year. To reduce the manufacturing costs to an acceptable price for the people out there, we need a initial production run of 150 pieces.

After we receive your order you can choose between different adapters for SUP (FCS II Fin System, Future Fin System, O'Fish'l Fin System, LokBox Fin System, ProBox Fin Systems, US Finbox System) or kanu (Sevylor, universal adapter).

Patrizia has always been a sporting ace and a real water lover. She grew up in Italy near Lake Constance and pursued her water hobbies ever since. Three years ago, her daughter was born and she was confronted with reconciling family life and her beloved hobby. She didn't want to give up water sports but she felt insecure about taking her daughter on the SUP board. "What if there is a thunderstorm coming up?", was one of the thoughts fostering her tentativeness. In addition, she wanted to take the whole family to the water without buying a motorboat to enjoy the beautiful summer in Carinthia.
Out of these thoughts the idea of creating a flexible motor for water sports emerged. Consequently, her boyfriend Armin and his father Gert developed the SCUBAJET. Nowadays, Patrizia enjoys standing on her SUP board together with her daughter to escape the crowds at Lake Wörth's beaches.
Patrizia has a strong background in marketing in the sea freight industry. With SCUBAJET she turns her hobby into profession.

Risques et défis
We've tested SCUBAJET throughout the last year extensively. Moreover, we produced a small batch of SCUBAJETs for promotional purposes and are very happy with our outcome.
Transforming a product towards serial production is a challenging endeavor. Some parts and details have to be optimized with our suppliers with a particular focus on the possibility to seamlessly mount the SCUBAJET quickly and easily without any additional tools during the production process.
However, because of our outstanding engagement in the industry and partnerships and an extensive testing phase we can guarantee a smooth start of the serial production.
Nevertheless, some issues like the FCC/CE certification can be time-devouring and administrative barriers such as customs have to be considered for our tight schedule.
