Questions Answered

Hello all! My name is Billy Berghammer and I’ve recently volunteered to help out Camouflaj with their really exciting Kickstarter campaign. This week we have a number of great announcements coming, so keep your eyes out for those. Today we’ll be dropping our first Video Update Ryan and the team recorded last Friday.

What are some of the development challenges the team has faced so far? What about a PC version? A Vita version? All of these questions and more will be answered by the Camouflaj team. Have even more questions? Send them to us via Twitter (@camouflaj) or Facebook ( and we'll try to get to them next time!

Keep Hope alive.

That last Q&A was hilarious! Honestly I would just love to see this make it's way to Android devices (specifically Android 2.3 and up, supporting Samsung devices :P )

I think you'll get your money if you make a PC version.

As far as the "gamers to don't play on iOS" meme, perhaps that is because there are very few (if any) games not classified as casual. Hard to play a game that doesn't exist.

Admittedly, this sort of game WOULD make sense on the Playstation Store. Of course it shouldn't be the #1 priority (given Vita's *ahem* less than stellar sales), but it would be interesting to see. Also nice to hear you guys seriously considering a PC/Mac version down the road, of course I'd be playing it on iOS.

Ooh awesome, Berghammer is helping out. That gives me new hope in getting to that lofty goal.

Well I hope this game will be funded because it's thrilling me, but gathering less than 1/5 the total amount in 1/2 the campain time, it's gonna be difficult. You should really consider expending your plateform target. This is obviously a game for gamers. If you were planning a game for casual players, with flash-lmike graphics, they'll sure pour in the money, because casual games are legion on iOS.

The audience you are targeting might not be large enough for the money you're asking. Gamers mostly don't play on iOS other than the casual games to kill time. I'm only saying. I'd be sad to see the game fail to be crowd-greenlighted, but obviously, with such a talented team, such a cool game, you shouldn't be as low as that in the pledges. The only thing I see is your targetted plateform.

Hey you, person from Camouflaj. Your fantastic, and looking good... have you lost weight recently? its shows and damn man/lady its good. I know I'm taking up your time from working on this epic looking game but i just gotta tell you how awesome you are. Now do a battle cry and get back in the trenches! We're rooting for you.

      ...Kick some ass.

If it does eventually get made, I will happily buy an appropriate platform for it.

But I think it's a little BS that you would have "totally redesign" the game for PC's. I'm no game designer, but point and click ain't too far off of the touchscreen controls.

Michael... you do only get 50 free code. But if they made a "Bug fix" they get 50 more.

It is? I am amazingly stupid. need to watch again....

I love that you guys are sticking to your guns on platform. I also hope to see a tongue-in-cheek $509 (plus shipping) pledge level of game plus free iPad.

    12. StrykerVenom on April 24, 2012

Michael - That question is answered in the video above :)

    13. Michael Matzat on April 24, 2012

How about the question "how to you plan to give the game to every backer for free?" because as far as i know apple only alows 50 free codes or something.

    14. Alex Camacho on April 24, 2012

so where do I sign up for the iPad?

    15. Wes Skerven on April 23, 2012

I really hope this gets funded!

This will snowball soon. It is on a ton of news sites, just got to keep getting the game out there, get it time and interviews. Can't wait!

Oh man they called in 'Plan B' :P
I'm sticking by my $75 pledge. I think this is a fantastic idea but I'm concerned that the $$ isn't coming in fast enough to get this funded. I really hope this goes through but maybe this is ahead of it's times for the iOS platform? Best of luck!
