Is your belt doing its job? Do you get embarrassed every time someone tells you to pull your pants up? Are you grunting when you take a seat because that piece of leather around your waist fits too tight? Do you just want a quality ratchet belt that doesn't cost a fortune? The solution is CLIC-FIT.
We are Bryan Thacker and Andrew Jorgensen, product design veterans and passionate problem solvers. A year ago, we set out to create CLIC-FIT: The complete belt solution. As fellow gentlemen, we understood the need for a ratchet belt that not only fits perfectly every time, but would last longer, look better, meet every occasion, and NOT break the bank.
The solution we created has received incredible enthusiasm and we couldn't be happier with it. It's time your belt did its job. Have a look!
Risks and challenges
Combined, our team has participated in six Kickstarter campaigns since 2013. Outside of Kickstater, we have designed, marketed, and sold new products nation-wide with great success. I think we can say with some certainty that we know how to successfully deliver a new product to market and meet—or exceed—backer expectations.
Thankfully, along the way we’ve met both success and failure and learned some valuable lessons.
For example, we make a habit of communicating frequently and openly with our backers so they’re always aware of the manufacturing progress and shipping status. We strive to do an update bi-weekly after the Kickstarter campaign is completed so backers can always be reassured their reward is coming, and so they can be involved in the excitement of bringing this product to fruition.
Our top priority is to deliver a beautifully designed, quality product that exceeds backer expectations and that backers will love. The best part is, CLIC-FIT is ready to manufacture. We just require the funds to pay for the molds and enough starting inventory to keep costs down.
Nevertheless, we understand that this is a new product, with its own set of risks and challenges.
The biggest challenge with a new product is timing. As always, we strive to get our projects completed on time and with no hiccups. We maintain the highest standards of quality control and we test at each stage of the process. If delays do happen, we keep backers “in the know” as to what’s going on and the new timelines.
Based on our successful track record of delivering new products to market, we feel backers can be confident and assured they’re going to get a great product.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
