Harvest Dome 2.0 wins Inaugural Dwell Vision Award

Posted by Amanda Schachter (Creator)

Harvest Dome 2.0 was awarded Dwell Magazine's inaugural Dwell Vision Award, at a reception held last night at Jane's Carousel in DUMBO. The Dwell Vision Award is given for a project that is "technically and artistically groundbreaking and that shows a new method, material or concept that is pushing modern design forward." We are excited to be the recipients of this award.

Thank you to all those Harvest Dome 2.0 Kickstarter Supporters who have contributed to our current campaign to fund the barge to bring the Dome to Gowanus. We still have nine days remaining to reach our goal. The Governors Island Trust has stipulated that we use a much more expensive barge to take the Dome off the Island than the one we came in on and that we must take the piece off the Island before the end of the month one way or the other. Please help us keep the Dome and bring it to the Gowanus to celebrate the Waterways imminent clean-up.
