In a world of digital sprawl now there is a camera that captures a single memory.
Photos can trigger a memory, but memories are stored only in your brain. This camera uses your senses to capture one single memory.
How many photos do you have in your phone? How many memories?
What do you remember about your grandparents? What are they doing? What do you see and smell about this?
Picture your best friend, and then close your eyes - What are they doing? Where are they? What do you feel?
When were you the happiest?
The Memory Camera is a simple and beautiful object that creates a single memory by using your senses - Each Memory Camera can only be used once. The button clicks only once. Once it's been depressed, the button does *not* pop back for a second memory. It captures only a single memory.
How do you create a "click sound" that is up to the task of capturing a memory forever?
Here is my very first sketch, on a piece of paper towel.
Here's a photo of lots of people taking pictures, but no one creating a memory.

Risks and challenges
I've been wanted to make the Memory Camera for four years, but I've been fearful to put this personal project on Kickstarter.
I'm nervous that people will think this idea is dumb, because seems like just an empty plastic box - in fact, it is an empty plastic box - but it works. It creates a memory by using your senses and storing the memory where memories are stored - in your mind.
The Memory Camera allow you to take the time and focus and uses your senses to capture the memory. It's also an attractive object, and as long as you keep your memory camera, it will help to remember your moment forever.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
