About this project
We are Brazilian/Hong Kong/China young enthusiasts of technology and entrepreneurship, and aiming to bring the benefits of 3D printers and their practicality to around the world, offering several options to facilitate the realization of creative projects and ideas.
Our brazilian team started development 3d printers in Brazil 3 years ago and met the Beijing holder at a tech expo.Our company alliance composed by 4 members in Sao Paulo, 2 in Hong Kong, and 4 in Beijing. We already popularizing 3D printers in Brazil and China now our objective is be global , and to achieve this goal, we adopt the low-cost culture, but always maintaining the high quality standard.

ARMBOT has an articulated arm layout similar to our human arms, This feature allows the printer to expand the print area and Enhance speed without losing print quality.

With a STANDALONE windows running inside the ARMBOT and rubustic metal parts we controled the price tag for our beckers to $449 making the ARMBOT trully accessible for makers .

Remote control ARMBOT from anywhere
You can remote control ARMBOT from your smartphone/tablet or another computer using the integrated remote control software or any third party remote control software .
Laser engraver / cutter
*INTERESTING FACT* : At the beginning we tried a 5W laser modular made in mainland China and it cant cut throw wood and it can barely cut acrylics , then we tested at our friends lab (an vlp 2000 powermeter) and it was only 2.3W... So we replaced the laser modular supplier with a Taiwanese one and it works fine with solid 4.9W.
How to add laser engraver/cutter ?
To add laser engraver/cutter to the pledge just add the cost to the pledge(116HKD(15USD) for the 450MW laser engraver and 2318HKD(299USD) for the 5W laser cutter) and an survey will be available when the project is successfully founded.

Risks and challenges
Some of the risks and challenges throughout the production of ARMBOT is :
1) Overcoming great leaps when determining print quality- Everything in a 3D printer has to be tuned very fine in order for everything to work perfect. We know it will be a challenge and we challenge ourselves to create this product so that when it is fully assembled, it can be calibrated and in perfect working order very easily and efficiently. We know that that is the basis of a successful printer and we will strive throughout the funding stages to make sure that is our main focus.
2) Manufacturing the printer encasing- A large portion of the investment will go to creating a mold for mass manufacturing allowing us to produce the encasing for a much cheaper price in the future. Essentially, we will then be able to lower our printer retail price.
3) Delivering products in a timely manner according to our strict quality guidelines we impose on ourselves- we are almost fully done working on fine tuning the development of the encasing and all the components successfully working within the encasing so people can build ARMBOT in their own homes if they wish to purchase the disassembled version. As the funding progresses and at this moment, that is something we are tackling and working directly with our manufacturer and CAD engineer on. It will be perfected and tuned properly and successfully. We also understand that in order to complete all the orders in a timely manner, we will need a way to build pieces quicker and consistently. Our solution to this problem is to build a ARMBOT Farm with multiple printers all printing parts simultaneously.
Another topic we want to address here is that we will assure questions and concerns by backers will be responded to promptly and taken very serious. We want to succeed and we have been following many different past projects on kickstarter and we know that the only way to build success from this point is to make sure that the backers are our #1 priority during this campaign outside of perfecting our actual product.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
