Risks and challenges
We have spent 18 months working on perfecting the Velocity Grill's performance and design. We have met with the factories and set up a realistic manufacturing schedule. We came back with prototypes and test models and have put them through rigorous testing to find the flaws and weaknesses. We found a few and have fixed them. Our final designs will be done shortly and we feel with those changes we are ready to go to our final production run.
We have quality assurance plans to assure we get a consistent product with the quality parts. Our biggest worry is those items that are beyond our control. When manufacturing a brand new product there will be possible delays but we feel we have a reasonable time line on delivery of the pledge rewards.
We have been thoroughly surprised by the quality of the product and think you will enjoy your cooking experience and the unique flavors of real wood cooking.
