I have always wanted a small family run restaurant. I daydream about the fresh, local and organic meals that I will be cooking up. The goal for My Plum,My Duck is to be 90% vegan, with one amazing organic free range land and one amazing wild sea plate. Lots of grab and go. Daily specials.. Using as much local and organic products as possible!

Risks and challenges
Of course number one is if we are not able to raise the funds..
There is always the possibility that the stove/fridge/dishwasher breaks down or crops fail ..
I will still carry on! I have a hot plate and have been known to make meals from nothing.
Also if there is a snow storm, no problem! I live in walking distance.
