Have a question?
You're welcome @Beverly . If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to send me a message. For this type of support in private would be best. Thanks!
Thank you so much Dango!
@Beverly: the answer to both questions is: Yes
Also, is "pink" colour (as selected in backerkit) going to be the "natural" shade as shown in pictures? And if so, can I change my selection from pink to purple at this point?
@Beverly Bowers: no, it's not too late. I've unlocked your survey, and you can now add more dice to your order.
Is it too late to add on another pair of dice to my Kickstarter pledge now? Because my survey confirmation says add-ons are locked.
@jasperhe19: exactly. You're welcome!
ok - so if it says "Black - Green", that is really one black and one green? thanks for your help...
@jasperhe19 you have multiple dice sets, and that gives you the option to chose each individual die color inside every set. Let me know if you still face issues, and I'll try to help further.
I'm very confused about the color selections on backerkit - why does it ask me for two colors for each die? The dice are only one color each right??? What is going on?
@Heather you don't have to do anything. We'll take care of the package and make sure the HOLLOWS are as protected as possible.
@creator: I have ordered a set of hollow dice and I am very tempted by some of your metal dice. What do I need to do to ensure that any other dice I order won't crush the hollow dice?
@Emily: will post an image with the colors in the next update that should go out tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. Thanks for the suggestion :) @Ross Thompson & @John Kwiatkowski Jr. you're welcome!
Hooray! A coworker went in on this with me and he's out of town for a few more days. Thanks for posting it early and leaving it up for a while!
Oh, and thanks for a post with the colors. It's amazing how many creators just give a list of colors and maybe a picture you have to hunt for and guess which name goes with which color, if even that. One request--any chance you could post it not on Facebook? FB is blocked where I am right now, so I can't see the post until I find a few minutes to myself to remember to check it out. If it's posted in, like, an update on KS, I can see it anywhere. Small request; if not, I'll manage.
Ah, that's great thanks.
@Dango Cool, thanks!
@John Kwiatkowski Jr. we'll leave it open at least 2 weeks
How long will the survey be open for? You know, just in case I decide I want to add on more when payday comes around...
For anyone else having issues with the colors you can chose the dice in, here is a quick post to make it easier: https://www.facebook.com/cubbledice/photos/1944642572433712/
@Jonathan Reid: thank you!
Survey completed thanks.
@Ross: just answered to your inquiry on the update thread. Please check it there. Thanks!
So, the BackerKit surveys have gone out, and I need to choose colours. But how does "crocodile" differ from "green"? Is "purple" lavender or royal purple? Can we see samples of what the colours will look like?
Definitely gonna wear this as a necklace...
@John Kwiatkowski Jr. Thanks for the nice words! Yes, a link to your post would be awesome for the box. Can you send me a message via kickstarter with your link? Thanks!
Hi Dango. These dice are so cool looking, I think you've done a really good job with them. I only wish I had been around to help back the original Cubble dice! That being said, if I shared your project on Facebook, should I message you the link in order to get the free Cubble box?
@eric spalding: no worries, you can add €5 for the box
Hello Dango...sorry I don't have any social media...I never found a need for the stress...is there a way to get the sweet box as a add on maybe...thanks
@Marry Dervi: it won't be a long wait
cant wait to get them :D
@Kat, thanks for sharing your thoughts. Will contact kickstarter about this issue, just to make sure. Thanks again for your concern.
From update #2. "So we're offering 10% commission for every pledge you send our way." Which is you. Offering financial incentives. A friend of mine is a backer. Before I closed my account I had a very difficult time with another project using kickbooster. That email was regarding my inquiry into the use of kickbooster for any project. My friend was aware of that and asked for my thoughts after seeing prior comments. I figured you wouldn't appreciate me taking up a limited spot. You do you. Just sharing info. Hopefully you don't have any issues.
@Kat: Thanks for the comment. I did not offer any financial incentives to any backer in order to pledge to this project.
What kickbooster does, is offering commissions out of pledges you bring to any given project. I did not, and will not offer incentives to anyone in order for them to pledge. If someone likes the idea of the project, they can pledge, but will not be incentivized to back this project.
Don't know if I'm clear enough, but I do understand your concern, and appreciate the research you've done. Although, we don't think we've broken any rules. (appreciating you've pledged €1 just to comment :)
Thank you for writing in. I apologize for any confusion, but you're correct that creators are not allowed to offer financial incentives within their Kickstarter campaigns in order to incentivize backers to pledge to their projects. While we permit creators to state that they are working with Kickbooster, they cannot explicitly offer cashback to their backers via their campaign page, updates or messages sent through Kickstarter's platform. Additionally, we would encourage you to report any instances in which you see this type of activity by using the “Report this project” button at the bottom of each project page. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
@Daniel Richardson, yes it is possible to add more dice, no problem.
@Tiffany Fordyce, thank you for concern. I did contact kickbooster.me team, and they've directed me to this page: http://intercom.help/crowdox-kickbooster/kickbooster/campaign-owners/does-this-service-violate-the-kickstarter-terms-of-service If there are still concerns about this issue after you've read it, please send me a message, and we'll forward it to kickbooster.me.
@Creator: Unfortunately, @Sophie is correct that commissions for referrals are against Kickstarter policy. You are correct that Kickstarter does not always enforce this policy and tends only to do so when the backers report the project enough for the system to take notice; however, that does not change the fact that it is against the rules. I would highly suggest eliminating this from your project.
Will I be able to add dice on the pm
Thank you to all that voted! Made our decision much easier!
+1 for pink :-)
+1 for orange (A)
Hello great campaign...darker green or darker blue....
Voting for A: specifically PINK!!!
@Sophie: hi Sophie, thanks for your nice words and for your concern. As more and more projects use kickbooster.me on their projects, I assume they're compliant with KS rules, otherwise they would get out of business for ruining projects. A friend of mine used it without problems on their project a month ago, and it was perfectly fine. Not to mention Kickstarter is monitoring each project on a daily basis. If it were a problem, I would have been notified about it. Thanks again for your care :)
@Nigel Hopkins: shipping from Romania
Great dice :-) forgive me to alert you on this but a commission for referrals is forbidden by KS rules, I already saw a project creator having problems with KS for this and he quickly had to stop this (and explained it clearly with apologies on the KS project page, that is how I know it). Just do not want your project to be rejected for this :-/
From where are the dice going to be shipped?
@Qualified backer: well, because it will motivate backers to get more people to see the project. 10% is the most we can give for a referral.
In update #2 you are promising 10% commission for referrals.
Can you elaborate on why you have chosen that?
Giving people money for using affiliate links rather than lowering the price, selling it 13% lower to everyone?
(The affiliate platform takes 3%)
A vote for the orange.
vote for darker green & blue, great design!
