A couple years ago I was looking for ways to loose weight. I tried all the different popular diets schemes and had okay results but nothing stuck. After a suggestion from my wife who told me that if I drank a gallon of water a day for 30 days I would be in better overall health. So why not, I tried the others, how bad could it be?
I drank water religiously, I was chugging water throughout the day. I felt energized, ate less, and detoxified my body. Ummm... that only lasted a couple days....
