Risks and challenges
Some of the problems we might encounter are ;
Models falling ill - We need 16 models but will approve 20 at our modelling casting in March so that if this happens - we have back-up models !
The Trees and Turf not arriving in time - We have a friend who drives a van (this is how we are picking up the lighting equipment) so we will drive to pick up the trees. We are only looking at Sussex garden nurseries, so that this is possible.
The turf will be arriving the day before, but will go and pick that up if necessary on Saturday. We have the church from Friday early evening so that we can set up and sort out ANY issues we have with rigging, staging, lighting, sound the day before or on Saturday morning before our show starts.
