Ahead of Schedule, But Also Behind

I have good news and bad news. The good news is that I am ahead of schedule and may be able to ship rewards early! The bad news is that I am behind schedule and there may be some delays. Let me explain.

Vignette production and backer NPC stat blocks are coming along ahead of schedule which has freed up time to work on the Pathfinder conversion a bit earlier, which is also going slightly faster than expected. It's too early to say for sure, but the VTT version at least may end up coming out ahead of schedule. Looks like I might be able to get the Fantasy Grounds versions for both 5e and PF out ahead of when I'd thought, as well.

However, unfortunately I only have so many token artists who can only work so quickly, and the addition of the backer tokens on top of the ones originally planned may push the ship date of the Roll20 5e version back by a week or two.

Speaking of schedules, in order to stay on schedule for the 5e .pdf version, I need to get the text to David Shugars by October 25th or so. If you haven't filled in a survey yet, and especially if you're a $25+ backer, if you don't get that done in the next few days, your Ramshorn NPC may not appear in the .pdf version.

Finally, the token preview as promised. In order to get the huge number of necessary tokens ready in time, I've had to rely on an Avengers-style team-up of Roll20's mightiest artists. Fortunately, I was able to find several whose art styles work well together, although for greater artistic consistency I'd like to have just one token artist in the future. I still don't know which one - I like them all. Here you can see Devin Night's white jester on the left, part of the batch I paid for myself in advance of the Kickstarter, alongside David North's Nicolae Vlatla in the center and Vanderforge's Sir Bolivar on the right. Sir Bolivar is actually a generic skeleton from Vanderforge's skeletons pack that's been repurposed - I do have a few custom tokens coming from him, but none of them are ready just yet.
