      Mine has stopped working as well. The unit turns on, but the lights do not turn on despite following the operating instructions.

      Ultimately received a refund (through PayPal after contacting them via email because filling out a form did nothing). Customer service was very professional and I have nothing but kind words about this experience. The least appealing part of this process however was the fact that I paid for the product to be shipped to me (Canada) and then had to pay for it to be sent back and I had to pay for a restocking (10%) and Kickstarter (5%) fee. I was fully aware of these fees when I moved forward with the refund but that doesn't mean I was happy about it. Any backers looking to receive a refund, please be aware of the fees and take into the consideration of the fees you had to pay to receive the product (duties/shipping).

      I have filled out the exchange form twice now, each time with zero result. The @creator's note on June 25th said that there would be an email reply including a prepaid return label. So far, like some other backers, no response. Kindly explain what is going on?

      Hello guys, thank you for your comments.
      The replacement units are shipped right away for US and Canada and as soon as we receive the broken or defective units back from you. We do test every unit prior shipment, so that does take some time as well. For backers outside of US, takes a bit longer since we have to rely on the shipping agent.

      I see that some people haven't received their exchanges, is there a time frame that can be given because i know for myself it's been over a month, because I made my submission in the beginning/middle of July.

      I received today my items and all are working ok.

      About the problems with the shippment, in my case, finnally i find the problem is with TNT and not with your agent. Your agent wrote correctly my adress and zip code in the second shippment but someone of TNT when print the label, make a mistake. I have photos of that and i can show you.

      Maybe with the first shippment the problem is also with TNT, and now im starting to understand why TNT refuse to give me more info about the first package.

      Michael please check because maybe you are paying for TNT lack.

      Hello Thorsten,
      We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Please note that we shipped the package to you within the time frame we promised, we received a message from the shipping company that they’re having trouble delivering the package and we've contacted you on June 15th to let you know to contact the shipping company. Also, we sent you an email with shipping company’s information for your convenience When you failed to claim your package, the shipping company returned it back to the shipping agent.
      The only thing you can report us for is that we did everything in our power to help you claim your package. We did all that we promised which is producing the device and shipping it to you with a tracking number within the specified time frame.
      We feel that the shipping agent has let us down. Turns out that you didn't get the device and we lost lot of money on shipping the item from China to Germany and back to China.
      We understand that you're frustrated and don't want to deal with our company. We would appreciate if you would stop blaming us as we did all we could.
      We hate to see you go unhappy and we understand that you have ordered a product which you're expecting to get and it shouldn't be your concern as to how. Again, we apologize for our shipping agents incompetence and we will be more than happy to return your money if that is your preference. Please let us know if that's what you’d like to do.

      Still no answers to PM's, still no package. TNT sent it back few weeks ago. This "support" is very disapointing. The more I think about it, the less I'm satisfied. The only thing I want you to do is: send my money back.

      Hi. TNT sent it back to China. Shipping number was 197987510 and the package was accpeted by a Mrs. Shi on June 20th. So again, they did not destroy any packages as you had claimed before!

      No words...again problem with the package...second shipment and now the adress its the correct but the postal code it's wrong. Michael Fligil check. My correct post code it's 28810 and someone from your company sent to 02214, to far away from my home. Now TNT ask $20 to change to the correct adress. I have to pay for another mistake??

      Really the person who prepare the package can't copy correctly the adress??????

      My package was also destroyed by TNT, because they had wrong telephone number and couldn't get in touch with me. Also they didn't leave any message to me about package arriving. Now Michael send me message that I have to pay for sending a new one to me...

      I have pledged to get a product which I haven't received and now I have to pay extra... Also now Michael doesn't answer to messages.

      Your comments are absolutely uncalled for. We have fulfilled our obligation on producing the product and shipping it to you. We are offering you to ship another device for free. Unfortunately, we have no control any shipping company and we do not deliver personally. The tracking number was provided to you at your request, again according to the shipping company, they have made several attempts to deliver the package. Once again, if you'd like to arrange your own shipping, we will gladly ship out free units to you.
      p.s. we haven't received undeliverable units back due to expensive shipping, therefore they were destroyed by the shipping company.

      Michael Fligil the address provided by me was something like this:
      MY STREET - MY NUMBER
      MY NEIGHBORHOOD
      MY POST CODE - MY CITY
      MY COUNTRY

      TNT told me that who send the package forgot to put MY STREET - MY NUMBER, only the neighborhood. TNT told me they contact the person who sent the package (you or someone) and someone told a different street and number, and when they arrive there it's not my house!!! Impossible to deliver to me!!!

      I'm really disappointed, you don’t accept the person who prepares the package made a mistake and now you want to pay for the error of someone.

      Can you take a photo of the package and show me that you put the correct address? You receive the returned package the june 20th.

      We understand your frustration.
      The address that we used was provided by you. It was copied from the survey you provided prior to shipping.
      According to the shipping company they've made several attempts to deliver the package but failed to do so most likely because the wrong address that was provided by you.
      We do not have any control once the device has been shipped out.
      As we previously told you, we're willing to send you a free item but we are asking for you to arrange your on shipping or to pay for the shipping again. We apologize but we're unable to continue to send out the devices free of charge, you need to make time to accept the package.

      Absolutely chaotic shipping!!! TNT is already sending it back to you! According to the tracking schedule they tried to deliver it but they never showed up at my apartment or left a note!! This would never have happend if we would've been given tracking numbers!! Please send it again or refund the money!

      I bought 2 single UV Pros. Charged them both overnight, placed inside shoe, turned on Normal mode and then 10 minutes later I saw the lights turn off. I assume it was finished its duty. Then I tried to put it in another pair of shoes, turned it on, but it kept on flashing and turned off! Looks like the battery is flat!

      Is a full charge only good for one 10 minute use?

      Also wished there was some sort of battery level indicator.

      Chaotic shipment...first no one tell us the tracking number....after a long time I sent a message and I receive the tracking number....TNT...i check the web of TNT and I find my package its returning to China!!! I call TNT asking what happened and no words...first the company who prepare the package forgot the street were I live...TNT contact the shipping company and they give another street...so now my package its returning to China and I didn't get any repply...really disappointed.

      Sorry but its not my fault if YOU or who prepare the package forgot to put all my address, it's not my fault if YOU or someone when TNT call you give another adress than mine.

      I'm expecting you sent again without any charge for me because it's not my fault someone than me make a mistake or refund all my money.

We have contacted the shipping company and were told that they make several attempts to deliver the package and leave notices at the door for customer to contact them, they are then keep the package at their location for about a week waiting for customer contact.
