New World Earth (Canceled)
Highly detailed models and deck building strategy come together in this skirmish game set on a post apocalyptic Earth.
New World Earth is a miniature based war game where players pit their armies against one another using action cards, and heroic deeds to sway the battle. Every player controls an army built from a predetermined number of points. Each character has actions and abilities for defeating the opponents, but when those actions fall short, the controller can cast new and alternate actions to sway the battle in their favor. Army building is just as important as deck building in this post apocalyptic war zone.
Set up: Before the game starts, players will agree on a point level at which to play. Standard levels are between 45-65 points, however the game can be played at lower or higher levels (the game plays the same at every level, but the time spent playing and model counts increase). Once a point level is determined, each player will put together an army, and spend these points on characters. Players will need to construct an action deck. The deck construction is 40 cards, and the cards you choose to use are up to you.
Players take turns deploying their forces on the tabletop. Deployment zones depend upon the mission.*
Rounds: At the beginning of every round players must establish which character goes first. This is based off of the character's movement stat, however there are many strategies involved with this step, and will require a much more detailed explanation. (See "Movement" video) After a character is nominated to start the round, both players take turns activating characters, and spending their action points. There are several types of actions, and they are played out in different ways. Most common are General Actions which are moving, shooting, and assaulting. Then there are Support Actions like heroic orders. Finally, Casting Actions from your Controller's Hand of cards. After a character has completed his actions he is done for this round, and the opposing player nominates a model to activate and spends its actions. Note: some actions can interrupt a character's turn (see rulebook for full list of actions). After all characters have activated, the round ends and players begin the next round repeating these steps.
The game ends if one army is completely destroyed, or if a player has collected the correct amount of points to complete the mission.*
*Missions will be found in the rulebook.
The New World Ops are a shooting force preferring to deal damage from a distance. In addition, they are tougher, and have medium armor. The heroes of this faction are strong, and have lots of aura effects, as well as lots of ways to buff each other.
The Abominations are combat driven, and deal most of their damage through assaulting the enemy. They are extremely tough, but benefit from no armor. This army has tons of wounds, and often have the ability to regenerate. The entire army suffers from instability, which can be a blessing or a curse depending upon who is affected. The Brain is a very powerful caster, and can manipulate the entire table with his power.
The Grethos are fast, and strike from the shadows. Not many wounds for these characters, but they have tons of ways to avoid damage. The most common are their powerful force fields built directly into their armor. Be careful what you do, because they are always one step ahead. With the ability to fragment time, the Grethos can often counter your actions with their own.
The Gnarlysk swarm the enemy with numbers on their side. They are cheaper units and can reproduce during the game, which means you often end the turn with more wurms than you started with. These creatures deal in direct damage, and fast striking, usually going first every turn. With little to no armor, and little wounds, the creatures may die quickly, but deal with them fast or you will find yourself overwhelmed.
Humanity clings to survival living within the protection of Mega Structure. Ruling over the populace is the hidden face of the Illuminators, a secret society controlling the fate of humanity. An army raised of warrior bred gene soldiers, the New World Ops is charged with the task of protecting the populace, as well as eradicating the mutant and alien threat that lie beyond the walls of Mega Structure. Become the controller of Earth's last defenders, these gene enhanced soldiers are the only thing keeping humanity safe from itself.
Caught in the nuclear and chemical fallout, the Wasteland Abominations not only survived, but thrived. These once-human creatures have become twisted monsters, and seek revenge upon the inhabitants of Mega Structure for abandoning them to a fate far worse than death. Go to war controlling the brute strength, and mutated minds of the wastelands.
Attracted to Earth by its rich levels of thermal and radiant energies, the Grethos seek to harvest this world as a crop. Creating a Pylon Matrix is the first step to draining a world, and leaving it a barren husk of its former self. Masters of technology and science, these cunning aliens can manipulate time and space using micro engines known as Gears. As harvesters of worlds, the Grethos have lived for thousands of years. Unravel the mystery of the ancients, and unleash the powers of the Eatherverse.
A biological weapon brought to Earth by the Grethos, the Gnarlysk are a hive insect that reproduce at an astounding rate. Protecting the queen is the highest priority, and anything that might threaten the hive is destroyed and consumed. Weaponized, the Gnarlysk are infested into a populace where they grow, expand, and reproduce, leaving nothing but devastation in their wake. Swarm the battlefield with the brood of Gnarlysk wurms ever protecting the queen.
With the game funded you bring to life four beautifully sculpted armies along with full character cards, action cards, and a full set of rules. Each model is designed, and critiqued before getting sculpted by our master sculptor. These 3D models come to life in a 3D printer, and are reproduced in strong resin/plastics. Every model holds the detail of the sculpt, and have been given only rave reviews. Help us bring this unique and exciting game to life with your pledge!

Risks and challenges
There are very few risks associated with our project. We have an in house sculptor working closely with our design team, and we have an army of extremely talented artists working for us, as well. Our 3D printers are state of the art, and all of our molds are done using master casts of the original sculpts, resulting in little to no mold lines. All models are reproduced in plastic resin, so the details are retained. The rules have been tested time and again to ensure the game flows, and is enjoyable to all participating. All of our cards are printed by an experienced trading card press, and will use a low gloss varnish to protect your playing cards, and give them that new pack smell!
Challenges we may face will be getting all models and cards prepared, sorted, and packed in a timely manner. Hopefully we will unlock several of our stretch goals, and create a higher demand for additional models which will result in getting additional product produced, and shipped out. But these are challenges we welcome with open arms!Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
