Pal's is moving into its fourth year inside Tony's market on 24th St making friends with everyone in the surrounding neighborhood and serving all organic locally sourced innovative sandwich and salad creations.
We have been blessed by having the best and most loyal customers a small local shop could have..our goal has always been to use the best local products in our little bread-surrounded creations
Your inspiration, suggestions, interest and recurring support drive us every day to create new and tasty things to help make your lunch day a little brighter and a little tastier.
Now after almost 4 years inside Tony's market we have outgrown our current location and we need to move to a new location sometime in February or March of next year. so we can take Pal's to a new creative level.
This project will help us cover the costs of moving to a location with a full kitchen and to acquire some additional equipment including a small pos cash handling computer for the front counter. We also need to hire some special installers to help us set everything up in a safe and legal manner.

Risks and challenges
Once we have found our permanent home ( we are planning to stay on 24th st a few blocks away) we will have a short period of time to pack all our kitchen equipment, including some new items, pack it all and move safe and sound to the new spot. This requires a lot of logistics and organization and just plain heavy lifting. We will be renting a large van and some extra folks for this job. It is also going to be a logistic challenge to set everything up quickly and properly meeting all city health regulations so we can open and start doing what we love most..cooking great food for all of you.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
