I hit them up on twitter every day or two now and its always the same thing, too busy with GenCon...I'll keep pestering, maybe send a friend to question them in person at the GenCon booth...
Same question as Jason. I've heard nothing about my shipment and we're now two weeks after the 25th.
Any updates on the premium components?
Hope my premies are waiting in the mail when I'm back home tomorrow. But, if not I'll wait some more!
I got my leather playing mat a couple days ago.
Anybody received premium components?
Thanks guys, I gotta contact them anyway since I just got an e-mail that my wooden box shipped but I'm waiting for a leather playing mat. I didn't order a box.
@Thomas I don't know about Catalyst specifically, but in general I'd agree. I find that as soon as a campaign funds posts and KS mail is completely ignored.
follow up~> The Kickstarter 'Contact Me' is the _WORST_ way to get let them know about it:
since the KS campaign closed, they only check when an Update is posted, I believe. Could be a while that way. Emails to addresses (below) should get you a response in 8-48 hours or so.
#Daniel W. Cisek~~> addressing the Ink issue is best handled as a two-pronged approach:
Email both Randall Bills firstname.lastname@example.org and 'Melissa' @ Game Salute email@example.com via a CC'd email. Randall @Catalyst needs the Info to correct the issue (both yours personally and also system-wide), and Melissa is the one who actually mails out the replacement copy. At least in My Case, that worked.
Also wouldn't hurt to include Cc: Springboard@GameSalute.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, and Loren L. Coleman email@example.com just to make sure it gets noticed ASAP.
If we think we may have an issue with the ink, is the Kickstarter Contact Me the best way to let you know about it?
Received first shipment yesterday and had a nice first game. Looking forward to the premium items..
