TEMPLE OF ART Kickstarter! Dave McKean, Bill Sienkiewicz, Jason Shawn Alexander, & more!

Hello, everyone!

We normally don't send you messages about non-44FLOOD Kickstarters, but there's one going on now that we're supporting in a big way and that's just too special to not tell you about.

The recently launched TEMPLE OF ART Kickstarter to create a book and documentary film is bringing together an absolutely unbelievable group of artists for a unique and hugely conceptual labor-of-love project that needs your help to be fully realized!

The project was created by TOME Volume 2 Featured Artist Allan Amato and includes a huge number of artistic contributors to the TOME anthology including Dave McKean, Bill Sienkiewicz, Jason Shawn Alexander, Neil Gaiman, David Stoupakis, Grant Morrisson, Jim Mahfood, Dan Quintana, Matthew E. Bone, Soey Milk, Matt Kennedy, Stephanie Inagaki, Barron Storey, Vincent Castiglia, and Christine Wu.

You can find out more about TEMPLE OF ART on their web site:

Thanks for taking a look and spreading the word!

menton3 has just launched his Kickstarter, KATABASIS!

Hello everyone!

We are very excited to announce that our very own menton3 will have his first ever solo gallery show at Last Rites Gallery in New York City opening April 19, 2014.

The name of the show is KATABASIS. In Greek mythology, a Katabasis was the journey to the otherworld leading into one's interiority to confront elements of one's psyche.

menton3 would like to make a book about this theme and his process in creating the gallery show. He’s just launched a Kickstarter to ask for your support:

Along with the book, there’s an awesome shirt, a beautiful Tarot print exclusive to Kickstarter, two giclee prints on canvas that are exclusive to Kickstarter, original art sketches/commissions, and a set of very special pledges where you can pre-buy art from the upcoming show at different price levels. These pre-buy pledges also come with invitations to a private tour of the KATABASIS show conducted by menton3 prior to its public opening.

Thank you for taking a look and for supporting menton3’s first gallery show!

THE SQUIDDER is nearing its end!

Hey all!

Our Kickstarter for Ben Templesmith's first creator-owned book in 5 years, THE SQUIDDER, is almost over. It reached it's goal (and quite exceeded it), and we have a lot of you to thank for that. It was so nice to see so many of you returning to a 44FLOOD project. Your continued support is truly amazing and is what keeps us going. Thank you so, so much :)

Due to the incredible success of THE SQUIDDER Kickstarter, we just kept adding more and more to it. The book increased 36%, going from 108 pages to 144. Everyone who pledges for a book will get a SQUIDDER bookmark and the Kickstarter exclusive print "In Utero." Those that pledged for the KRAKEN slipcased edition will receive the bookmark, the "In Utero" print, as well a KRAKEN exclusive print called "Chop Chop." Both prints will be signed and embossed by Ben.

Another Kickstarter exclusive is a 9-page prelude to THE SQUIDDER that will only be available to backers of the project. This prelude will be sent out as an update once the Kickstarter concludes.

So that's why I'm writing you here today, to make sure you know that there are several Kickstarter-only exclusive upgrade items to pledges that you won't get if you order THE SQUIDDER later on. Check below for images of the exclusives prints and the bookmark.

There's still some time left to place your order! Head on over and give it a look before it ends in two days on the morning on December 7th.

Thank you so much! I'm here if you have any questions!
