When Motrr Live is going to be released? You do realise that you've sold this gadget, because of an app that is not yet available right?!

Anyone has a good app to use with it because with sphere and timelapse the result is awfull. A lot of pictures are supperposed. --> impossible to use my galileo for now! After 2 years you should be able to create an app!

Finally received mine this week - unhappy to know that the bluetooth version is not compatible with vanilla iPhone 4.

Now I need to request that an app is made to let the Galileo run with the camera facing backwards so it actually uses the nodal point as per here: http://bophoto.typepad.com/bophoto/2013/12/motrr-galileo-automated-iphone-motion-system.html

Basically as I intended my iPhone 4 to be a more disposable camera to leave out for time lapses and have my actual phone (iPhone 5) handy for making calls this is disappointing. Looks like I will have to 'control' the galileo from my iPhone 5 while the 4 is docked inside it.

Whomever is handling communication now for Motrr,

Can you please update me and ship to me my two bluetooth compatible limited edition Kickstarter green Galileos? Why has this not happened yet? I'm very patient, however while I wait, I continue to receive emails from Motrr and other companies advertising Galileos for sales off of your website and from Photojojo - this is honestly insulting to me, having invested in this Kickstarter project with my own good money but not having received my reward, and not receiving any communication back from Motrr to my continued inquires. Please, kindly reply back with how this will be resolved and kindly, thank you! I believe in your product - that is why I funded your Kickstarter campaign - now I want to receive my two Galileos so I can use them! :)

Hello again, trying to get hold of Motrr?

Can you *please* tell me when I will receive my two limited edition Kickstarter Green Galileo Bluetooth? This has taken very long to receive and I have been very patient! Thank you! :)

Today I was pleasantly surprised, my package arrived (FedEx).
And. It's great! Yeap, it's a little bit fragile (make sure You're not applying too much pressure). But it's really well made, have soft touch finish, several rubber plugs for different devices (You can even fit there iPhone in case if plug removed). Even micro USB cable is a masterpiece (but not very flexible and short =P).

Is that the right way to reach you?

I have filled a complaint with Kickstarter and encourage everyone else to do the same.

The issue is not the delays (however frustrating) the issue is Motrr giving priority to cash in on holiday sales rather then fulfill pledges. Backers of who's money they have had for 2 years.

At the bottom of the main Kickstarter page there is a contact button. Click that then follow the instructions to explain how the Grinch ruined Kickstarter.

You have had our money for TWO YEARS, yet you will guarantee shipping on new orders.

      Motrr, you disgust me.

    41. Tao Weitzer on December 18, 2013

still waiting for a bluetooth version and haven't got any shipping information. backer from Singapore

    43. Sam Bachman on December 17, 2013

I received my white BT model today with shipping information sent late last week. Like the feel of it...sort of a rubberized soft touch plastic. Took about five tries to get it to connect.....trick for me was to make sure the iPhone 5S was firmly seated in rubber gasket and then wait for a a few seconds while in the Motrr app for the app to make the bluetooth connection. With most BT devices you have to go to the settings and connect to device first and then go to an app. With this, appears to be the opposite....stay in the app and let IT do the BT handshaking itself. From reading the comments before it appears there are some quality issues...not sure? Also it appears that the base may not be super durable so don't drop it and put it gingerly in any tripod not screwing it down too tight. I thought I'd at least be able to use it off the bat to remote control video using an iPad. Appears that app won't be ready until 2014. I am a bit worried about long term durability with the tripod mount issue reported and the power issue (can't use the base to charge) so either the iPhone battery will give out or the Galileo battery will give out first....I'm guessing it might be the galileo. My intended use is primarily targeting as a tool to help video various things with the iPhone and galileo on a tripod and controlling via a remote iPad....for kid sports, concerts, typical daddy tech stuff and if it can handle panning and moving for a two hour event.....I know the iPhone is up for that and if the Galileo can match it.....will suit my purposes. But nevertheless disappointed we don't have the remote control iPad to iPhone/Galileo control now....only video app which appears to be ready now is a muticam $5 app....which looks sort of cool but may be overkill....also how does the or how will the iPhone and remote controlling iPad connect to each other.....was hoping this would occur via bluetooth not a joint wireless wifi network which you often WON'T have at a soccer field in the middle of nowhere...so the more I think of it, the more I can see a potential problem with remote control if and only if remote control requires both devices to be on the same wifi network......I have to say, watching the device do it's demo after connection it is quite impressive.

To stick with Jesse: Bluetooth Galileo is pretty useless without possibility of power supply. Should have bought the 30-pin version.

YEAH got the Galileo Friday. Thank you Motrr,

Did a quick test with the cool sphere automated panorama app, its cool but with a good deal stitch problems because of the offset nodal point, so I printed a quick mount to rotate the camera, much better.. http://bophoto.typepad.com/bophoto/2013/12/motrr-galileo-automated-iphone-motion-system.html

For the many people who are similarly frustrated with the complete lack of follow-through by this company, coming up on two years after you gave them your money, I recommend writing a strongly worded letter to them, particularly jasper@motrr.com and (though I'm not sure it mattered as much) Cc-ing josh@motrr.com (one of their co-founders).

Shouldn't be hard to muster up the 'strong words' given how absurd they've been but my email was responded to in a matter of hours with a shipping receipt so hopefully this works for you, too.

The product (mine was Bluetooth) arrived fairly quickly. I can see why 19 months ago it seemed like a good idea but the fact that it can't charge the phone means having it as a remote camera is rendered pretty useless.

      Oh well. Live and learn.
