Have a question?
When Motrr Live is going to be released? You do realise that you've sold this gadget, because of an app that is not yet available right?!
Any news on when the video chat app going to be released?
Anyone has a good app to use with it because with sphere and timelapse the result is awfull. A lot of pictures are supperposed. --> impossible to use my galileo for now! After 2 years you should be able to create an app!
I have not receive my Galileo. Can any body help me ? Just way too long for this for two years to get this.
No confirmation email, no shipment notice, no Galileo.
2 years is too long to wait?
Got my Galileo today! Thanks
Finally received mine this week - unhappy to know that the bluetooth version is not compatible with vanilla iPhone 4.
Now I need to request that an app is made to let the Galileo run with the camera facing backwards so it actually uses the nodal point as per here: http://bophoto.typepad.com/bophoto/2013/12/motrr-galileo-automated-iphone-motion-system.html
Basically as I intended my iPhone 4 to be a more disposable camera to leave out for time lapses and have my actual phone (iPhone 5) handy for making calls this is disappointing. Looks like I will have to 'control' the galileo from my iPhone 5 while the 4 is docked inside it.
Whomever is handling communication now for Motrr,
Can you please update me and ship to me my two bluetooth compatible limited edition Kickstarter green Galileos? Why has this not happened yet? I'm very patient, however while I wait, I continue to receive emails from Motrr and other companies advertising Galileos for sales off of your website and from Photojojo - this is honestly insulting to me, having invested in this Kickstarter project with my own good money but not having received my reward, and not receiving any communication back from Motrr to my continued inquires. Please, kindly reply back with how this will be resolved and kindly, thank you! I believe in your product - that is why I funded your Kickstarter campaign - now I want to receive my two Galileos so I can use them! :)
Still waiting. But it appears that others who did not support this KS will actually be able to get them before I do. http://photojojo.com/store/awesomeness/galileo-panning-robot/ Albeit for a higher price, but still......
Hello again, trying to get hold of Motrr?
Can you *please* tell me when I will receive my two limited edition Kickstarter Green Galileo Bluetooth? This has taken very long to receive and I have been very patient! Thank you! :)
Last message from Motrr Team on Dec, 18th 2013 with the promise to deliver Galileo asap after holidays.
Since then NOTHING!
This treatment is not professional at all.
Black Bluetooth Galileo for sale 150 obo. Message me!
Today I was pleasantly surprised, my package arrived (FedEx).
And. It's great! Yeap, it's a little bit fragile (make sure You're not applying too much pressure). But it's really well made, have soft touch finish, several rubber plugs for different devices (You can even fit there iPhone in case if plug removed). Even micro USB cable is a masterpiece (but not very flexible and short =P).
*on message that i've sent

Duh. I'm still waiting for answer that I've sent on 23 Dec...-_-
I need my Galileo!!! I have moved from iPhone 4 to 4s to 5 and to 5s....
Still no answers to messages, still no tracking code, still nothing...
Please change this project's name to something else. I do NOT want a great scientist's name live in your faulty management and never-delivered product.
New version of the Motrr app now available: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/motrr/id646122518…
Then open the Motrr app and update Galileo to the latest firmware, version 23 for BT model.
No confirmation email, no shipment notice, no Galileo.
2 years is too long to wait?
Received my 2 BT units today in good shape. Sadly because there have been no advancements in making it work with USB webcams I'm going to get rid of them. Anyone interested from NL or nearby can find me on Twitter.
I received a faulty unit last week, and I emailed email@example.com straightaway but I haven't had any response.
What's going on?!
I just tried firstname.lastname@example.org and it bounces back with UNREACHABLE.
Since pledging I have changed address.
I sent a message with the new address here on kickstarter.
Is that the right way to reach you?
This is probably the longest delivery that I've ever waited for! If this were Amazon or any other company, I would have my delivery fee refunded...
Got mine a few days ago.... Now How do I use this thing?
No galileo recived yet. I got a message saying it will ship shortly. But i guess that isn't true.
Don't say you will ship it shortly if it's not the case.
Still waiting for the shippment of my Galileos.
Reminder: Please discontinue messaging through Kickstarter and instead email at email@example.com. We are overwhelmed with emails and appreciate your patience. At this time, address updates and Galileo support issues take priority. If you haven't received your Galileo yet, we will be sending you a confirmation email shortly. Thank you - Motrr
No Galileo in my mailbox yet...what's the deal? You have my $$$, and contact info and survey... I'd appreciate a realistic update or opportunity to update my survey. Thank you in advance for responding.

At least you have heard from them
This is ridiculous, I received an email from Motrr asking me to pay $20 for shipping AGAIN. I have already paid $105 ($85 + $20) and now they are asking for an ADDITIONAL $20!?
Get it right, this is an outright scam for more of our money.
Been two weeks and no response to my email, still not received my Galileo :-(
Brand new app for Galileo called Galileo Alarm!
Check it out: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/galileo-alarm/id770487884…
Could I get a refund, this is utterly ridiculous now. Who can I contact ?
Please do not use the kickstarter Messages feature. Instead email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you haven't received your Galileo, you will be receiving a confirmation email in the next few weeks.
I have filled a complaint with Kickstarter and encourage everyone else to do the same.
The issue is not the delays (however frustrating) the issue is Motrr giving priority to cash in on holiday sales rather then fulfill pledges. Backers of who's money they have had for 2 years.
At the bottom of the main Kickstarter page there is a contact button. Click that then follow the instructions to explain how the Grinch ruined Kickstarter.
You have had our money for TWO YEARS, yet you will guarantee shipping on new orders.
Motrr, you disgust me.
Hi I have paid my shipping and want to know what is going on do you require any info as this is one long wait for my item. You can't be taking any orders without for filling your pledge orders that not good at all I expect to get some news soon thanks
still waiting for a bluetooth version and haven't got any shipping information. backer from Singapore
I received my white BT model today with shipping information sent late last week. Like the feel of it...sort of a rubberized soft touch plastic. Took about five tries to get it to connect.....trick for me was to make sure the iPhone 5S was firmly seated in rubber gasket and then wait for a a few seconds while in the Motrr app for the app to make the bluetooth connection. With most BT devices you have to go to the settings and connect to device first and then go to an app. With this, appears to be the opposite....stay in the app and let IT do the BT handshaking itself. From reading the comments before it appears there are some quality issues...not sure? Also it appears that the base may not be super durable so don't drop it and put it gingerly in any tripod not screwing it down too tight. I thought I'd at least be able to use it off the bat to remote control video using an iPad. Appears that app won't be ready until 2014. I am a bit worried about long term durability with the tripod mount issue reported and the power issue (can't use the base to charge) so either the iPhone battery will give out or the Galileo battery will give out first....I'm guessing it might be the galileo. My intended use is primarily targeting as a tool to help video various things with the iPhone and galileo on a tripod and controlling via a remote iPad....for kid sports, concerts, typical daddy tech stuff and if it can handle panning and moving for a two hour event.....I know the iPhone is up for that and if the Galileo can match it.....will suit my purposes. But nevertheless disappointed we don't have the remote control iPad to iPhone/Galileo control now....only video app which appears to be ready now is a muticam $5 app....which looks sort of cool but may be overkill....also how does the or how will the iPhone and remote controlling iPad connect to each other.....was hoping this would occur via bluetooth not a joint wireless wifi network which you often WON'T have at a soccer field in the middle of nowhere...so the more I think of it, the more I can see a potential problem with remote control if and only if remote control requires both devices to be on the same wifi network......I have to say, watching the device do it's demo after connection it is quite impressive.
I have not receive shipping information yet.
and I have kickstarter green Bluetooth model. Battery only lasts 30minutes using airbeam app.
My Galileo is now stuck on my tripod. When trying to twist off screw, it just spins freely as if the screw mount isn't fastened on the inside.
To stick with Jesse: Bluetooth Galileo is pretty useless without possibility of power supply. Should have bought the 30-pin version.
YEAH got the Galileo Friday. Thank you Motrr,
Did a quick test with the cool sphere automated panorama app, its cool but with a good deal stitch problems because of the offset nodal point, so I printed a quick mount to rotate the camera, much better.. http://bophoto.typepad.com/bophoto/2013/12/motrr-galileo-automated-iphone-motion-system.html
For the many people who are similarly frustrated with the complete lack of follow-through by this company, coming up on two years after you gave them your money, I recommend writing a strongly worded letter to them, particularly email@example.com and (though I'm not sure it mattered as much) Cc-ing firstname.lastname@example.org (one of their co-founders).
Shouldn't be hard to muster up the 'strong words' given how absurd they've been but my email was responded to in a matter of hours with a shipping receipt so hopefully this works for you, too.
The product (mine was Bluetooth) arrived fairly quickly. I can see why 19 months ago it seemed like a good idea but the fact that it can't charge the phone means having it as a remote camera is rendered pretty useless.
Oh well. Live and learn.
I am still waiting for mine for iPhone 5. Till date I have not receive anything yet. Do you guys need any other information?
