Post-campaign update #50: Venus Status

Posted by Angus Abranson / Chronicle City (Creator)

[Clockwork speaking:]

Just a short update since the final Venus PDF is taking longer than expected: One of your fellow backers, Urhixidur, has taken great effort in going through the whole book for proof-reading. We want to thank him again for this work. :-) And this was also a good idea, since our first proof-reader missed quite a lot of mistakes. We are currently correcting the PDF - I can't give an exact estimate how long this will take, since this depends on the layouter. But as soon as this is done, I will upload the final PDF to DriveThru.

The second adventure is also being proof-read a second time right now, just to make sure. It will also go online as soon as this is finished.

Once this is done, we should have everything together to print the products for the next shipment wave. :) And good news: Most likely the dice sets will be included there as well (as you might recall in the last updates we were not exactly sure if this would work out).

On a side note (since this might not be too important for all backers): The regular rulebooks, faux-leather rulebooks and GM screens that have been produced in excess of those needed for the Kickstarter project have gone into general retail via our new distribution partner Modiphius this week. So if any friends are interested in the books you can telll them that now would be a good moment to grab one. :)

I will post a new update as soon as any of the above mentioned PDFs are finished and on DriveThruRPG.
