Join a secret and mysterious society whose members have sworn to get rid of war criminals, former mafia members, and other outlaws, going incognito among us.
Hiding behind the appearance of a simple ‘man in the street’, the Bad Guys feel untouchable. They don’t expect you to track them and make evil plans. “Kill The Bad Guy” will stress and test your mental skills through a puzzle game where physics plays an important role.

Exkee and Ynnis Interactive are very proud and happy to have achieved its Greenlight campaign… in 2 days!!! It was a surprising and incredible success! We had very good feedbacks from the Steam community. All the comments underlined it was a great and fresh idea!
Anywhere in the world you may find them, hiding. Atrocious, unscrupulous, evil people who didn’t hesitate to commit the worst infamies: war crimes, mafia involvement, terrorist activities, murders of women and children… We call them The Bad Guys.
Somehow, they managed to escape prosecutions and they are now hiding among us, living a normal life with impunity. Smiling and laughing at the thought that they have managed to lure everyone, they have today a peaceful life, despite their misdemeanors.
In “Kill The Bad Guy”, these quiet days of impunity are over. Under cover, they don't suspect that your organization is already watching them, analyzing their habits, tracking their weaknesses, determined to end this undeserved tranquility.
Composed of skilled and smart avengers, the sole purpose of your team is to exterminate the bad guys without arousing suspicion about their actions, which are indeed, illegal.
Immerse yourself in the humoristic and trash monochromatic universe of ‘Kill The Bad Guy’ and become one of those dark knights who have sworn to relentlessly hunt down those who have successfully escaped justice.
Inside the Society, you are in charge of planning eliminations. You have to set up traps and kill the bad guy without being noticed.
The harder part of your job is to remain undetected. No one should ever be able to notice you: nor bystanders or camera and definitely not the bad guy, who will run for his life immediately. Your Society and your action must remain secret.
And please do remember, that you are not a bad guy so you have to avoid killing innocent people at all cost.
Thanks to your intelligence and your trickery, you will find the best way to lure him into your trap. You will then be able to choose your weapon: a sabotaged car running on him, a propeller coming from a defective extractor from an air-conditioner or a wrecking ball which detached itself unfortunately…
Every level provides the possibility to kill your target with various weapons and traps. You can then search all possible ways to kill him in order to get the most spectacular death.

Please note that it’s a ‘Work In Progress’ version, several things will be improved.
The 10 levels of this Demo are mainly ‘tutorial’ levels, however it will show you the evil genius of KTBG :-)

Kill The Bad Guy is already 3/4 developed. We have done the most difficult, we have already set up the physics of the elements, the main loop of gameplay, and also the a first series of traps and levels. We plan to release the game with 60 levels each one more awesome than the others.
We perform a Kickstarter project at this production stage because we need funding to achieve some actions. Which are:
- Game objects, graphics, and finish the 60 levels (around 40 levels are done today)
- GUI (Graphical User Interface)
- Test and Fix the bugs
- To write the texts and to translate them
- Communication around the game
Stretch goals are a very delicate science on Kickstarter... Just as the rewards. Given our project is well advanced enough on PC we have defined 5 stretch goals which seem realistic. We will unveil what they're when we will be close to the initial goal.
For the sake of legislation in every country, all creative rewards have to be submitted and accepted by us before being integrated in the game.

Exkee is an independent video games studio. It was created in 2003. Since that date, we have continuously offered more and more advanced and original products: I-Fluid, ColorZ, Voodoo Dice. Our rich expertise and our young studio’s dynamism have also allowed us to work on various internationally renowned productions such as: Ghost Recon Network, Raving Rabbids: « Rabbids go phone again » for Ubisoft or more recently Foosball / Metegol for Yuisy. Ynnis Interactive is an indie video game producer and publisher. The first successful game it was involved in was Strike Suit Zero, funded right here on Kickstarter. The company is currently busy bringing Japanese-French anime series Mysterious Cities of Gold and managing new projects including co-producting the indie game Kill The Bad Guy.
Risks and challenges
Exkee and its partner Ynnis take the risk to bring to the market an indie project with an original gameplay and a bloody artistic direction.
Exkee is a studio strong of twenty five games always developed in time and within the budget allowed during the past 10 years. This experience allows us to be able to complete a great project like « Kill The Bad Guy ».
Besides having to raise funds, the real challenge for our studio is to be known and federate a community around our game. We're maybe an independent studio with a strong experience, but having mostly worked as a subcontractor is truly a handicap to promote our studio.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
