Update #36: Fulfillment Report #4

Time for another quick fulfillment update – currently we are at about 65%, so we are getting there :) With GamesQuest finally making a progress, we have high hopes that the next Fulfillment report can actually be the last!

Zone 1 – USA (Funagain Games): I’m happy to report that Funagain finished dispatching the US and Central/South America copies a little less than a week ago! If you from this region, it is still possible that your game has not arrived yet, but you definitely should have received at least a shipping notification from Funagain that it is on it’s way. If you haven’t, please contact them at anachrony@funagain.com or us at info@mindclashgames.com.

Zone 2  - Canada (Snakes and Lattes): The original estimated arrival for the Canadian shipment was last week, but after successfully making it to S&L’s freight forwarder in Buffalo, it was unfortunately held up at the Canadian border for a few days, causing an unexpected delay. It’s all in the past, though – S&L just reported that the shipment has arrived to their warehouse yesterday, and they are already processing it. Since it’s only about 350 copies, it really won’t be more than a few days now until the Canadian shipping notifications will start popping up. We’ll keep you updated in the Comment section too – thank for your patience and sorry about the unexpected delay!

Zone 3 – EU and Rest of the World (GamesQuest): After an unfortunate 2-week delay, GamesQuest has finally began shipping out the games this week! Some of you (mostly in Germany) should already have received shipping notifications – if not, you can expect them in the next 1-2 days according to the latest update from GamesQuest. We’ll keep pushing them and keep you updated in the Comments sections on the progress, but it seems like things are finally moving forward at the EU hub. Thank you very much for all your patience so far!

Zone 4 – Australia and New Zealand (Unicorn Games): The fulfillment in this region is finished. If you haven’t received your game, or at least a shipping notification yet, please contact Yoz and the Unicorn Games team at info@unicorngames.com.au.

Zone 5 – Asia (Boarders Game Cafe): The fulfillment in this region is finished. If you haven’t received your game, or at least a shipping notification yet, please contact Boarders at info@boardersasia.com.

Painted Exosuit Minis – The Gargoyle

Continuing our series of painted Exosuit miniatures, check out the Path of Progress engineers’ masterpiece, the Gargoyle!

According to the artist, Istvan Bertyak, this was a tough one – it took almost as much time as the Pilgrim and the Octopod combined due to the extensive metallic surfaces, but we really think the result speaks for itself :)

That’s it for today! If you have already received your Anachrony, we are wishing you a lot of fun with it – if not, it really won’t be long now! :)

Fulfillment Report #3

Zone 1 – USA (Funagain Games): Funagain has begun dispatching the games last week as promised, and will be all done in a few days. They estimate that the last copies will leave their warehouse by next Wednesday/Thursday (22-23 February).

There has been some confusion in the past few days about UPS notifications you might have received that I’d like to clear up. What happened is that Funagain generated the shipping labels for UPS in one go - if you were signed up for the UPS MyChoice service, you automatically received a notification about this, along with an estimated delivery date assuming the package is picked up that same day. However, since there are 2000+ games to ship in the US alone, the actual dispatching takes several days - this means there might be quite a bit of delay between the time of the UPS label generation and the time the game actually leaves.

So for an accurate tracking info, please look for the „official” Funagain notification email, coming from anachrony@funagain.com. If you haven’t received it already, you should very soon.

All in all, the US fulfillment is looking good be finished before the end of February, our original deadline :)

Zone 2  - Canada (Snakes and Lattes): The Canadian land shipment has just made it to Snakes and Lattes’ freight forwarder in Buffalo, NY today. It will arrive to Canada later this week, so Snakes and Lattes should be able to begin the Canadian fulfillment next week.

Zone 3 – EU and Rest of the World (GamesQuest): We originally planned for the European fulfillment to follow the exact same timing as the US one, but unfortunately GamesQuest is currently about a week behind schedule. The reason is that they’ve been dealing with several KS projects at once, slowing them down considerably in the past weeks. We are in constant correspondence with them and they are still optimistic that they will finish dispatching  Anachrony before the end of February, but right now it looks like the better part of the EU & RoW fulfillment will only be done next week. We are sorry for this slight delay, and would like to ask for just a little more of your patience!

Zone 4 – Australia and New Zealand (Unicorn Games): We are happy to report that the fulfillment in this region is finished! If you haven’t received your game, or at least a shipping notification yet, please contact Yoz and the Unicorn Games team at info@unicorngames.com.au.

Zone 5 – Asia (Boarders Game Cafe): Bruce and his team has finished dispatching the few copies remaining after the Chinese New Year, so the Asian fulfillment is officially finished. If you are from this region and haven’t received your game (or a notification) yet, or there is anything wrong with your copy, please contact Boarders at info@boardersasia.com – they’ll be happy to help.

Painted Exosuit Minis – Round Two!

To spice up the fulfillment reports, we would like to continue our series and present you two more painted miniature models, courtesy of Bertyák Miniature Painting. Check out the Octopod, and (my personal favorite:)), the Pilgrim! If you are interested in his progress with the rest of the Anachrony minis and some behind-the-scenes info about miniature painting, feel free to like his Facebook page.

That’s it for today – we will be back with another (hopefully the last) fulfillment report very soon, but you can also reach us in the Comments section and in PM. If you don't have Anachrony already, please bear with us just a little longer ;)

We are back with another shipping update! In general, we are still on schedule - let’s cut to the chase right away :)

Please note that unexpected events beyond our control (such as random custom inspections or freight delays) may cause the above dates to change
Please note that unexpected events beyond our control (such as random custom inspections or freight delays) may cause the above dates to change

Zone 1 – USA (Funagain Games): The two huge containers bound to Funagain's warehouse in Medford, OR have processed through the customs without problem, and have arrived yesterday. Funagain is currently sorting the shipment, and will be ready to start dispatching the games sometime next week.

Please note that Funagain will generate the shipping labels in batch for the whole shipment. If you are signed up for a service called UPS MyChoice you will be notified by UPS immediately upon the label creation. Sometimes this means there can be quite a delay between you being notified (by UPS) and being notified by Funagain when the package actually leaves.

Zone 2 - Canada (Snakes & Lattes): The Canadian bulk shipment is being prepared at Funagain's warehouse as I'm writing this. It will be forwarded to Snakes and Lattes early next week to be fulfilled from within the country. We estimate the transit time will take about 8-9 days, after which Snakes and Lattes will begin the Canadian fulfillment.

Zone 3 – EU & Rest of the World (GamesQuest): Right now Europe happens to be on the very same schedule as the US - the shipment has made it through the customs and is now being sorted at GamesQuest's warehouse. The actual fulfillment will begin next week.

Zone 4 – Australia (Unicorn Games): Thanks to the awesome work of Yoz and his team, the Australian fulfillment is very close to being finished - the last packages have been sent out this week. If you are living in Australia or New Zealand and have not yet received at least a shipping notification, please contact Unicorn Games at info@unicorngames.com.au.

Zone 5 – Asia (Boarders Game Café): The Asian fulfillment is currently at 80% - 181 of 227 games have been sent. Actually, Bruce and his team would have finished everything already if it weren't for the two-week long Chinese New Year. They will be back to work on Monday, though, and will send out the remaining games in no time. If you are living in Asia and don't receive at east a shipping notification until the end of next week, Bruce will be happy to help at info@boardersasia.com.

Painted Exosuit Models

While the fulfillment status is definitely the most important thing right now, let's not make this update all about zones and deadlines :)

Thanks to the very talented Istvan Bertyak, we will soon be able to show you a set of professionally painted miniatures that can hopefully help and inspire all the miniature painting enthusiasts out there. Right now, we can show you a sneak peek into his work in progress - check out the first painted Exosuit, the Seeder!

He is regularly posting updates about his progress on his facebook page (Bertyák Miniature Painting) - if you are interested, you can follow him there.

That's it for today - we are REALLY close now guys, thank you for bearing with us on the long road. Exciting times are ahead :)

Announcing: Cerebria - The Inside Word

To ease the wait for Anachrony's imminent shipping, we have some big news for you today: we are excited to announce our upcoming title, Cerebria - The Inside World!

Cerebria - The Inside World concept art
Cerebria - The Inside World concept art

The powerful vibes of the Outside World have compromised the stability of Cerebria, and the Inside World slowly awakens from its timeless quiescence.

The mighty Spirits of Bliss and Gloom arise from the deepest spheres of the Origin and strive to restore stability. With their control over the flow of Essence — the Origin’s creative energy — the Spirits evoke Emotions, Cerebria's inhabitants, to populate the regions of the Inside World and slowly shape Cerebria to their own image. Bliss Spirits dream of a Cerebria overflowing with Kindness and Joy, while Gloom Spirits are plotting to fill it with Suspicion and Animosity.

The Sprits' efforts and the infinite circulation of the Origin's Essence will lead to periods of Dissonance and Revelation, when Bliss and Gloom face each other in various ways — and the prevalent Spirits may add a fragment to Cerebria’s shaping Identity. Once completed, the Identity will finally restore the stability of the Inside World.

Two Gloom Emotions: Pessimism and Despair
Two Gloom Emotions: Pessimism and Despair

Cerebria - The Inside World is a 2v2 area control team game where players impersonate Spirits associated with either Bliss or Gloom, striving to shape the Identity of the imaginary world of Cerebria to their own image. During the game, this Identity will be physically built in the center of the game board as a common effort of the two rival sides - the game ends once it is completed, but the amount of contribution to it from Bliss and Gloom will be crucial to victory.

Using Esssence, the Origin's creative power, the Spirits can invoke Emotions, Cerebria's inhabitants, which are double-sided cards that can be upgraded and can either accompany the player or occupy crucial spots in Cerebria.

Essence, the resource used for all actions in the game, works in an unique way: it has a fixed amount and circulates in a closed system within Cerebria, and if the Spirits fully exhaust the Essence from one of the Origin's five Spheres, various game-defining events can trigger. However, spent Essence will eventually always return to the Origin...

Cerebria is the brainchild of the same team that brought you Trickerion, cooperating with some very talented artists (specialized in creatures) and developers. This project is quite different from anything we've done before, and we are very excited to reveal more and more about its progress!

Cerebria launches on Q2 2017 on Kickstarter - until then, stay tuned for more on the game's BGG site and our Facebook page.

Thank you so much for all your support - we can't wait to continue the journey together!

Fulfillment Report #1

It is time for another quick shipping update! Thinks are moving forward nicely – for quick reference, we’ve made a table that we’ll be updating regularly in the subsequent updates until the fulfillment is done.

Please note that unexpected events beyond our control (such as random custom inspections or freight delays) may cause the above dates to change
Please note that unexpected events beyond our control (such as random custom inspections or freight delays) may cause the above dates to change

Zone 1 – USA (Funagain Games): After a stop at LA, the APL Houston is now on its way to Oakland, Anachrony’s final destination. From there, it will be about another week to get to Funagain’s warehouse, so the fulfillment will begin early February. Central and South America will also be fulfilled from this hub.

Zone 2 – Canada (Snakes and Lattes): The Canadian shipment is part of the US one. It will be forwarded from Funagain to Snakes and Lattes, which is estimated to take about one more week. Therefore the Canadian fulfillment will begin slightly later than the US one, but we still expect to have it wrapped up before the end of February.

Zone 3 – EU & Rest of the World (GamesQuest): Just after the previous update, Panda notified me that the cargo eventually didn’t make it to the Ludwigshafen Express – instead, it is aboard the Mongoose Hunter (a much cooler name if you ask me :)) that left one day later. The cargo is estimated to arrive to GamesQuest by early February.

Zone 4 – Australia (Unicorn Games): The Australian copies are being unloaded at the port as I’m writing this. Yoz and his team at Unicorn Games are doing an excellent work, and said that it’s realistic to get all the Australian and New Zealand copies out before the end of January.

Zone 5 – Asia (Boarders Game Café): The Asian shipment is already at Boarders in Malaysia and the picking and packing has begun yesterday. By the end of next week, all our Asian backers should have received a shipping notification. Bruce and his team can be contacted at info@boardersasia.com.

That’s it for our short shipping update – but stay tuned, as we will be back with some big news later today ;)
