This documentary travels to Spain for the San Fermin festival; a tradition that goes back centuries, a party that celebrates life.

Every year for 8 days and nights in July, the small town of Pamplona becomes flooded with guests from all over the world.  This northern town in the Navarre region of Spain has been hosting the San Fermin festival for hundreds of years.  Ernest Hemingway is credited for making this festival public knowledge to non-Spaniards by not only writing about it in his books, but also by taking part in the festival himself.

While the encierro, the running of the bulls, is only one part of the festival, it is for sure the most popular and well known event. Having taken part in the festival for the past three years, I have come to learn that there is so much more to it than everyone thinks.

This documentary will take the audience to Pamplona. They will see and fall in love with the beautiful Spanish town, people and culture. They will take part in the festival, and not just the running of the bulls.  They will be able to learn about San Fermin as a whole through our subjects eyes, and experience everything for the first time as they are experiencing it.

Follow our 5 Hollywood stuntmen and actors as they take part in the most memorable stunt of their lives.

With this documentary, I hope to answer any questions people may have about this annual fiesta, giving them a better understanding of it, and squash any misconceptions there may be.  I also hope to bring people as close to the experience as possible if they are not able to experience it themselves.  After watching the documentary, I want my audience to feel as if they just got home from Pamplona, and, along with me, are saying "ya falta menos" - not long until, counting down the days to next year's fiesta.

What We Need and What You Get

We are looking to raise $10,000 in order to be able to go to Pamplona, Spain and film this documentary.  We live in Los Angeles and would use this money to cover production costs, transportation, equipment rentals, filming permits and post production. While hitchhiking across the country would be cheaper, hitchhiking across an ocean would be a little difficult.

On our page you can find all the amazing perks in exchange for your love and support.

Spread the Love

Please spread the love, remember that sharing is caring.  If you cannot contribute, please spread the word to your friends, family, co-workers and follow us on Facebook (Sin Igual) and Twitter (@SinIgualDoc).

Muchas gracias! Besos y abrazos! Viva San Fermin! Ya Falta Menos...
