AR-K: A Dark Acid Adventure Comedy
Acid humor, intrigue, even some romance and good 3D animation. These are the main ingredients of our first point and click adventure.
Told in a classic point-and-click narrative, AR-K is a captivating adult drama that spins satire, comedy and rich 3D animation into a futuristic adventure that will capture your imagination.
Alice is a journalism student that wakes up with a terrible hangover; she has no recollection of what happened last night beyond the memory of a mysterious object. Who was the one night stand from last night? Why is she having such strange flash backs? Set in a dark strange future, where things are just a little too perfect, follow Alice as she uncovers a trail of clues and mis-adventures that blur the line between reality and lies.
The first episode of the AR-K saga, is now available and has been extremely well received by fans. Each episode will build on the previous story line with layers of intrigue, satire, romance and comedy to keep audiences coming back for more. From independent Spanish game makers, Gato Salvaje, AR-K is available in English, Spanish and Italian (subtitled).
A message from the developers: We are almost done with episode two and we are sure you will love the new plot twists. Part three and four are already in the works, but we need your support and feedback in order to complete the saga. In return for pledges, we are offering the Kickstarter community a free download of the first episode, exclusive sneak peeks of the graphics and some great memorabilia from the episode.

AR-K is the first independently developed Spanish video game to use crowdfunding. Independent developers Gato Salvaje chose Kickstarter to help them fund the final episodes of the game based on the platforms success in spearheading original community funded projects. Until now AR-K has been entirely self-financed.
The team behind Gato Salvaje is composed of creative, talented and ambitious artists dedicated to creating captivating 3D worlds. We want to improve the quality of the game and be able to complete the project.
With the Kickstarter funds we will be able to:
- Port the game to more platforms: including MacOs, iOs, Android and Linux. Our goal is to update the game engine to function across the most popular platforms.
- Translate the game in more languages: We plan to dub in German and localize the soundtrack for the US market. We also plan to include subtitles in French, Italian and Portuguese.
- Improve the quality of the 3D animations and scenarios for an even richer experience.
Half of the project is already completed and so far it has been entirely self-financed. Pledges via Kickstarter will help us to complete the series and make it available for a wider audience.
