In today’s world, adopting digital transformation for all business practices is a must, and design thinking methodology is an effective way to tackle the problems this transition presents. Whether you follow the proposed stages above or discover your own design thinking process, adopting this user-centric method will help as you incorporate digital technologies into your organization.
Digital projects are becoming complex. In order to lead teams optimally and make the right decisions, you need an overview in real time. Individually configurable project plans, backlogs, and dashboards provide you with the basis for secure project management. Structure requirements, architecture, and processes with models. I have reasoned about methodology and some of them have condensed their thoughts into memorable principles, guidelines, and rules of thumb. You can read about them in countless books, articles, or blog posts.
Almost every argument in a design discussion boils down to one of these principles. And our gut feeling and experience can often be explained with them, too. So I've created a set of cards with a selection of the most helpful principles or arguments to be used in a discussion about Digital Thinking.

Disruption Deck” is a deck of 52 cards containing bite-sized questions you (or your team) can use to unleash your inner creative genius in developing not only a disruptive business model but also your personal life.
